Description
a)一般式(I)で表わされるポリチオフェン:
b)それに付随するポリアニオン化合物
を含む混合物である。
(1)以下の一般式(II):
(OH)n-R-(COX)m (II)
で表わされる化合物(ただし、mとnは独立に1〜20の整数であり、Rは、2〜20個の炭素原子を含むアルキレン基、アリーレン鎖に6〜14個の炭素原子を含むアリーレン基、ピラン基、フラン基のいずれかであり、Xは、-OHまたは-NYZであり、YとZは独立に水素またはアルキル基である);または
(2)糖類、糖誘導体、ポリアルキレングリコール、グリセロール;または
(3)N-メチルピロリドン、ピロリドン、カプロラクタム、N-メチルカプロラクタム、ジメチルスルホキシド、N-オクチルピロリドンからなるグループの中から選択した化合物;または
(4)上記のものの組み合わせである。
λ最大= n平均×p0
ただしλ最大は反射がピークになる波長、すなわち反射率が最大になる波長であり、n平均は液晶の平均屈折率であり、p0はキラル・ネマチック螺旋の自然なピッチ長である。キラル・ネマチック螺旋とピッチ長の定義、ならびにその測定法は、当業者に知られている。例えば、Blinov, L.M.の著書『液晶の電気光学的特性と磁気光学的特性』(ジョン・ワイリー&サンズ社、1983年)に見いだすことができる。ピッチ長は、液晶材料に含まれるキラル材料の濃度を調節すると変化する。キラル・ドーパントのたいていの濃度では、ドーパントによって誘導されるピッチ長は、ドーパントの濃度に逆比例する。比例定数は以下の式(2)で与えられる。
p0 = 1/(HTP×c)
ここにcはキラル・ドーパントの濃度であり、HTP(いくつかの参考文献では□と名づけられている)は比例定数である。
(a)ベイトロンP HC:H.C.スタークから供給された導電性ポリチオフェンとポリアニオン(すなわちポリ(スルホン酸3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェンスチレン))の水性分散液;
(b)オリン10G:オリン・ケミカルズ社から販売されている非イオン性界面活性剤;
(c)テトラフルオロホウ酸1-ブチル-3-メチル-イミダゾリウム:イオン性結晶。

Claims (3)
- イオン性液体と、カチオンの形態の導電性ポリマーと、その導電性ポリマーに付随するポリアニオンとを含み、該導電性ポリマーと該イオン性液体の質量比が5:95〜50:50の範囲にあることを特徴とする混合物。
- イオン性液体と、カチオンの形態の導電性ポリマーと、その導電性ポリマーに付随するポリアニオンとからなる混合物を含み、該導電性ポリマーと該イオン性液体の質量比が5:95〜50:50の範囲にあることを特徴とする部品。
- イオン性液体を用意し、カチオンの形態の導電性ポリマーと、その導電性ポリマーに付随するポリアニオンを用意し、そのイオン性液体と導電性ポリマーを溶媒の中で混合してコーティング組成物を形成し、その組成物をコーティングして膜を形成し、その膜を乾燥させる操作を含み、該導電性ポリマーと該イオン性液体の質量比が5:95〜50:50の範囲にあることを特徴とする、部品の形成方法。
