Claims (7)
- ロール軸受に取り付けられたローラと、
少なくとも一つのエッジ加工油圧シリンダと、
少なくとも一つの別の油圧シリンダと、
ここで、各シリンダがそれぞれ1つのピストンを有し、一方の動作が他方の動作を発生させるように前記ピストンが機械的に連結され、
さらに、加圧作動流体の供給源と、加圧作動流体を前記各シリンダへ選択的に誘導して中にある前記ピストンの動作を発生させるための手段と、
を具備し、
加圧作動流体が前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダへ誘導されることで前記ロール軸受の比較的小さな動作を実施する第1作業モードと、前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダが加圧作動流体から実質的に開放されて前記加圧作動流体が前記別の油圧シリンダへ誘導され、前記ロール軸受の比較的大きな動作を実施する第2作業モードとの間で切り換え可能な装置である金属プレートのエッジ圧延のための装置。 - さらに、加圧作動流体の供給源と、
前記第2作業モードにおいて前記加圧作動流体の供給源から前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダへ流体を誘導するための手段とを具備する請求項1に記載の装置。 - さらに、前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダのピストンの各側にある前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダの内部領域の間で流体が流れるように構成された導管と、
前記流体の流れを阻止するように作動可能なバルブとを具備する請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記導管とバルブとが前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダのピストンに埋設される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダのピストンに接続されることにより軸方向に移動させられる少なくとも一つのピストンロッドを具備し、
前記軸方向に直角な方向における前記ロール軸受に対する前記ピストンロッドの動作を可能にするように、前記ピストンロッドが前記ロール軸受に接続される請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 - 加圧作動流体を前記各シリンダへ選択的に誘導するための前記手段が、第1作業モードにおいて一定の圧力で前記加圧作動流体を前記別の油圧シリンダへ誘導することで、前記ロール軸受と、前記エッジ加工油圧シリンダのピストンとの間の接触を維持するように作動可能である請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記別の油圧シリンダの位置を判断するための手段を含み、前記各シリンダへ加圧作動流体を選択的に誘導するための前記手段が、前記第2作業モードにおいて、前記位置に応じて前記加圧作動流体を前記別の油圧シリンダへ誘導するように作動可能である請求項6に記載の装置。
