Description
板形状の本体と、
上側延長部と、及び
上側延長部が本体から直角になるように本体から上向きに伸び、
下側延長部とを包含し、
下側延長部が本体から直角になるように本体から下向きに伸び、下側延長部が、トップキャップの通し孔を通して挿入されるように構築され、それによって、下側延長部の末端を圧迫することにより、第二突起型電極端子をトップキャップに連結することができる。
Claims (16)
- 二次バッテリーパックであって、
バッテリーケース中に電解質と共に取り付けられた電極アセンブリーを有するバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーケースが、トップキャップにより密封された開いた上部を有してなり、
前記バッテリーセルの過充電、過放電、及び過電流を制御するための保護回路を有する保護回路モジュールと、及び
前記保護回路モジュールが絶縁性取付部材の上部に搭載され、前記絶縁性取付部材が前記バッテリーセルの前記トップキャップに取り付けられた構造に構築されてなる、絶縁性取付部材と、
前記保護回路モジュールが前記絶縁性取付部材上に搭載された状態で、前記絶縁性取付部材を覆うために、前記バッテリーセルの上側末端に連結された絶縁性キャップとを備えてなるものであり、
前記トップキャップが、少なくとも一個の突起型電極端子を備えてなり、
前記トップキャップが、前記突起型電極端子が形成されていない部分的区域に、予め決められた深さだけ下方に窪んだ空間(窪み空間)を備えてなり、前記保護回路モジュールの底部上に搭載された素子を前記窪み空間の中に受け入れるか、または正温度係数(PTC)素子を前記窪み空間の中に取り付けるものであり、
前記絶縁性取付部材が、前記突起型電極端子に対応する通し孔(第一通し孔)と、及び前記窪み空間に対応する通し孔(第二通し孔)とを備えてなり、
前記保護回路モジュールが、前記第一通し孔に対応する連結通し孔を備えてなり、
前記バッテリーセルに対する、前記絶縁性取付部材及び前記保護回路モジュールの連結が、前記突起型電極端子を前記絶縁性取付部材の前記第一通し孔及び前記保護回路モジュールの前記連結通し孔を通じて順次挿入し、固定されることにより達成されるものであり、
前記突起型電極端子の末端が、前記保護回路モジュールの上部から予め決められた長さだけ突き出ており、前記突起型電極端子の前記末端が圧迫され、前記保護回路モジュールに固定されてなり、又は
前記突起型電極端子の末端が、前記保護回路モジュールの上部から予め決められた長さだけ突き出ており、前記突起型電極端子の前記末端が前記保護回路モジュールに機械的連結様式で固定されてなる、二次バッテリーパック。 - 保護回路モジュールが前記絶縁性取付部材上に搭載された状態で、前記保護回路モジュールの前記底部上に搭載された前記素子が前記窪み空間の中に受け入れられる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記PTC素子が前記窪み空間の中に取り付けられ、前記PTC素子の片側が前記保護回路モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記PTC素子の反対側が前記バッテリーセルの電極端子に電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記窪み空間が、前記トップキャップの一部を予め決められた深さだけ可塑的に変形させることにより、形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記窪み空間が、前記トップキャップの対応する区域を予め決められた深さだけ下方に屈曲させることにより形成された通し孔の末端に、板形状密封部材を連結することにより形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記トップキャップが、一対の突起型電極端子(第一突起型電極端子及び第二突起型電極端子)を備えてなる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記突起型電極端子の少なくとも一個が、前記バッテリーケースの内側と連絡する通し通路を包含する中空構造に構築され、前記通し通路が、電解質注入口として使用された後、金属ボールにより密封されてなる、請求項6に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記第一突起型電極端子が、前記トップキャップに電気的に接続された状態で、前記バッテリーセルのカソードに接続され、前記第二突起型電極端子が、前記トップキャップから電気的に絶縁された状態で、前記バッテリーセルのアノードに接続される、請求項6に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 二次バッテリーパックであって、
前記トップキャップが通し孔を備えてなり、
前記第一突起型電極端子が前記トップキャップと一体的に形成されてなり、
前記第二突起型電極端子が、
板形状の本体と、
上側延長部と、及び
下側延長部とを備えてなるものであり、
前記上側延長部が前記本体から上向きに伸びて、前記上側延長部が前記本体から直角になり、
前記下側延長部が前記本体から下向きに伸びて、前記下側延長部が前記本体から直角になり、
前記下側延長部が、前記トップキャップの前記通し孔を通じて挿入されるように構築され、
それによって、前記下側延長部の末端を圧迫することにより、前記第二突起型電極端子が前記トップキャップに連結されてなる、請求項6に記載の二次バッテリーパック。 - 前記第二突起型電極端子と前記トップキャップの前記通し孔との間の界面に取り付けられた電気的に絶縁性のガスケットをさらに備えてなり、前記第二突起型電極端子と前記トップキャップとの間の絶縁を達成するものである、請求項9に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記突起型電極端子が前記トップキャップの対向する側部に配置されてなり、
前記窪み空間が前記突起型電極端子間に配置されてなる、請求項6に記載の二次バッテリーパック。 - 前記PTC素子と前記バッテリーセルの前記電極端子との間の電気的接続及び/または前記PTC素子と前記保護回路モジュールとの間の電気的接続が、導電性接続部材により達成されてなる、請求項3に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルの前記バッテリーケースが、前記電極アセンブリーのカソードタブまたはアノードタブに電気的に接続され、電極端子(a)を構成してなる、請求項3に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
- 前記PTC素子の底部が、前記窪み空間の下側末端に直接連結され、
前記PTC素子の底部が前記電極端子(a)に電気的に接続されてなる、請求項13に記載の二次バッテリーパック。 - 前記窪み空間に、絶縁フィルムを取り付けるか、又は絶縁層を付与し、
前記PTC素子を前記絶縁フィルム又は前記絶縁層上に搭載し、及び
前記PTC素子の底部を、前記バッテリーケースから電気的に絶縁された前記バッテリーセルの電極端子(b)に、導電性接続部材を介して接続する、請求項3に記載の二次バッテリーパック。 - 前記PTC素子の上部が前記保護回路モジュールに、別の導電性接続部材を介して接続される、請求項15に記載の二次バッテリーパック。
