Description
Claims (17)
- コネクタインサートとケーブルとを有するケーブル組体を製造する方法であって、
前記ケーブルのシールド層中の複数の繊維を複数の金属ワイヤから分離するステップと、
前記複数の金属ワイヤ間から前記コネクタインサートのシールドに至るはんだ接続部を形成するステップと、
前記はんだ接続部を覆うようにキャップを配置するステップと、
前記キャップを捲縮するステップと、を備えることを特徴とするコネクタインサート製造方法。 - 前記複数の繊維はアラミド繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブルの前記シールド層は編組層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブルの前記シールド層は、複数の逆向き回りの螺旋から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記キャップを前記コネクタインサートにはんだ付けするステップを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- プリント回路基板上の導電パッドを前記コネクタインサートの内壁にはんだ付けするステップを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記導電パッドは前記プリント回路基板の縁部にあることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記プリント回路基板上の能動デバイスを前記シールドに熱結合するステップを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- コネクタインサート及びケーブル装置であって、
インサートシールドと、
複数の撚線対、複数のワイヤ及び前記インサートシールドに電気的に接続されたシールド層を備えるケーブルと、
前記シールド層と前記インサートシールドとの間の接続部を被覆するキャップであって、捲縮されたキャップと、
前記撚線対に対応する複数の非円形の開口部及び前記ワイヤに対応する複数のほぼ円形の開口部を有し、前記開口部を利用して前記複数の撚線対及び前記複数のワイヤが貫通するブロックと、
前記撚線対のうち少なくとも1つの撚線対に結合され且つ前記インサートシールドに接続されたパッドを有するプリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板に固定され且つ前記インサートシールドに熱結合された能動デバイスと、を備えることを特徴とするコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。 - 前記ケーブルシールド送は前記インサートシールドにはんだ付けされることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記複数の非円形の開口部の各々はほぼ楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記パッドは、前記プリント回路基板の一方の面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記キャップは、前記シールド層と前記インサートシールドとの間の前記接続部を覆うように捲縮されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記キャップは前記コネクタインサートにはんだ付けされることを特徴とする請求項13記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記インサートシールドの一部を被覆するプラスチック筐体を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記ケーブルシールド層は複数の繊維を備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
- 前記複数の繊維はアラミド繊維であることを特徴とする請求項15記載のコネクタインサート及びケーブル装置。
