少なくとも希土類磁石を含む製品を、有機溶媒中で加熱処理すれば、希土類磁石を効果的に分別回収できることを見出し、本発明を完成した。

処理温度:450℃
処理時間:30分
処理圧力:35atm

Claims (6)
- 少なくともネオジム磁石を含む製品としての電動機または発電機を、前記ネオジム磁石中のジスプロシウムの含有量に併せて、処理温度が永久磁石のキューリー点以上の温度より高くなるように制御しつつ、有機溶媒中で加熱処理した後、前記製品からネオジム磁石を回収すると共に、前記有機溶媒を減圧蒸留法によって再生することを特徴とするネオジム磁石の回収方法。
- ネオジム磁石を含む製品は、ネオジム磁石と共に樹脂成分を含むものである請求項1に記載のネオジム磁石の回収方法。
- 前記樹脂成分は、ネオジム磁石および/または銅線に用いられるモールド樹脂である請求項2に記載のネオジム磁石の回収方法。
- 前記有機溶媒は、水素供与性の有機化合物を含有する有機溶媒である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のネオジム磁石の回収方法。
- 水素供与性の有機化合物はテトラリンである請求項4に記載のネオジム磁石の回収方法。
- 少なくともネオジム磁石および銅線を含む製品としての電動機または発電機を、前記ネオジム磁石中のジスプロシウムの含有量に併せて、処理温度が永久磁石のキューリー点以上の温度より高くなるように制御しつつ、有機溶媒中で加熱処理した後、前記製品からネオジム磁石と銅線を同時に回収すると共に、前記有機溶媒を減圧蒸留法によって再生することを特徴とするネオジム磁石の回収方法。
