Description
Claims (7)
- 芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法であって、
ガス−液接触面を増加させる手段を備える第一吸収塔の底部入口に反応炉出口ガスを流入する工程と;
酢酸、プロピオン酸、およびアクリル酸からなる群から選択されるカルボン酸と、前記第一吸収塔の底部出口を通して前記反応炉出口ガスに含まれるカルボン酸を回収するために、前記第一吸収塔の頂部入口で芳香族化合物を供給する工程と;
前記第一吸収塔の頂部出口を通して前記芳香族化合物とともに前記反応炉出口ガスに含まれる前記水を排出し、凝縮器を用いて前記水を凝縮し、有機物−水分離器を用いて前記芳香族化合物から前記水を分離し、廃水として前記水を排出する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記第一吸収塔の底部出口で排出されたカルボン酸、芳香族化合物、および水の混合物をテレフタル酸の調製用に前記反応炉に再循環する、請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
- 前記有機物−水分離器により分離された前記芳香族化合物あるいは前記芳香族化合物および若干の水を前記第一吸収塔に再循環し、前記有機物−水分離器により排出されたガスを第二吸収塔に移送する、請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
- 前記第一吸収塔に流入した前記反応炉出口ガスが120〜190℃の高温ガスであり、直接またはいくつかの熱交換器を通して流される、請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
- 分配されて前記第一吸収塔に流入する前記反応炉出口ガスの量が酸化反応から除去される水の量に対応する、請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
- 前記ガス−液接触面を増加させる手段がトレーまたはパッキンの形態で構成される、請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物がo−キシレン、m−キシレン、p−キシレン、ベンゼン、およびトルエンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族化合物の酸化処理において反応炉出口ガスから水を低減する方法。
