Claims (2)
- 高圧コンプレッサ(21)と高圧ターボ(22)とからなる高圧過給機と、低圧コンプレッサ(31)と低圧ターボ(32)とからなる低圧過給機とが直列に配置される多段可変系過給システム(70)と、
吸気マニホールド(12)におけるブースト圧を検出するブーストセンサー(62)と、前記低圧過給機の低圧ターボ回転数を検出する低圧ターボセンサー(66)と、前記低圧過給機の容量を調整する可動ベーン(35)と、前記可動ベーン(35)の開度を調整する制御手段であるECU(60)とを具備し、
前記ECU(60)は、エンジン(200)が低回転数かつ低負荷であるとき、低圧過給機が最も効率良く作動する低圧ターボ回転数と、エンジン(200)の燃焼状態を最適にするブースト圧となるように、前記可動ベーン(35)のベーン開度を調整する機能を有し、
前記ECU(60)は、目標低圧ターボ回転数(ωctrg_lp)及び目標ブースト圧(Bpatrg)を算出し、
前記ECU(60)は、前記低圧ターボセンサー(66)によって検出される低圧ターボ回転数(Nta_lp)と目標低圧ターボ回転数(ωctrg_lp)との差の絶対値が所定値(α21)より小さいかどうかを第一の条件(21)とし、
前記ブーストセンサー(62)によって検出されるブースト圧(Bpa)と目標ブースト圧(Bpatrg)との差の絶対値が所定値(α22)より小さいかどうかを第二の条件(22)として判断し、
前記第一の条件(21)又は第二の条件(22)を満足しない場合、
前記ECU(60)は、第一の条件(21)を満足するまで可動ベーン(35)のベーン開度を調整し、
次に、前記ECU(60)は、第二の条件(22)を満足するまで可動ベーン(35)のベーン開度を調整する
ことを特徴とするエンジン。 - 高圧コンプレッサ(21)と高圧ターボ(22)とからなる高圧過給機と、低圧コンプレッサ(31)と低圧ターボ(32)とからなる低圧過給機とが直列に配置され、前記高圧過給機の高圧ターボ(22)を短絡するバイパス経路(4)を備える多段可変系過給システム(70)と、
吸気マニホールド(12)におけるブースト圧を検出するブーストセンサー(62)と、前記低圧過給機の低圧ターボ回転数を検出する低圧ターボセンサー(66)と、前記低圧過給機の容量を調整する可動ベーン(35)と、前記バイパス経路(4)を通過するバイパス流量を調整するバイパス流量調整弁(24)と、前記可動ベーン(35)の開度及び前記バイパス流量調整弁(24)の開度を調整するECU(60)とを具備し、
前記ECU(60)は、エンジン(200)の回転数及び負荷が増加するとき、低圧過給機が最も効率良く作動する低圧ターボ回転数と、エンジン(200)の燃焼状態を最適にするブースト圧となるようにバイパス流量調整弁(24)の開度を調整する機能を有し、
前記ECU(60)は、目標低圧ターボ回転数(ωctrg_lp)及び目標ブースト圧(Bpatrg)を算出し、
前記ECU(60)は、前記低圧ターボセンサー(66)によって検出される低圧ターボ回転数(Nta_lp)と目標低圧ターボ回転数(ωctrg_lp)との差の絶対値が所定値(α23)より小さいかどうかを第一の条件(23)とし、
前記ブーストセンサー(62)によって検出されるブースト圧(Bpa)と目標ブースト圧(Bpatrg)との差の絶対値が所定値(α24)より小さいかどうかを第二の条件(24)として判断し、
前記第一の条件(23)又は第二の条件(24)を満足しない場合、
前記ECU(60)は、第一の条件(23)を満足するまでバイパス流量調整弁(24)の開度を調整し、
次に、前記ECU(60)は、第二の条件(24)を満足するまでバイパス流量調整弁(24)の開度を調整することを特徴とするエンジン。
