Description
(2)ノズルAからの空気の流れは、それぞれ隣接した6個のノズルからの同様の流れと衝突する。
(3)ノズルAからの流れと6個のノズルからの流れとがそれぞれ衝突した場所では微小な渦が発生し、ガラス板面の冷却が促進される。
(4)こうしてノズル直下と各ノズル間の空気流の衝突箇所が先に冷却され、残された中間部分が後から冷えて引張層となる。
Claims (6)
- 並設された複数のノズルから吹き付けられる冷却媒体により風冷強化されて応力パターンを形成した強化ガラス板において、前記応力パターンは、前記各ノズルの直下であった部分を中心とする六角形形状を単位とするセルが複数連なって形成され、前記セルの前記中心を含む中心領域ではその平面応力が圧縮の状態であり、前記セルの周縁領域ではその平面応力が圧縮の状態であり、前記セルの中心領域と周縁領域との間ではその平面応力が引張の状態であることを特徴とする強化ガラス板。
- 前記セルの中心領域における平面圧縮応力が最大の点と前記セルの周縁領域における平面圧縮応力が最大の点までの距離は20〜40mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 前記セルの中心領域および前記セルの周縁領域における平面圧縮応力の最大値は、それぞれ4〜12MPaであり、前記セルの中心領域と周縁領域との間の領域における平面引張応力の最大値は、4〜12MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 前記セルは、その形状が多角形であり、かつ、その一辺の長さが20〜35mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 前記強化ガラス板の板厚が3mm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 前記強化ガラス板の板厚が2.4〜3mmである、請求項5に記載の強化ガラス板。
