Claims (18)
- 塗装プラント(1)のためのペイント材料をペイント吐き出しノズル(10)に供給するためのペイント計量シリンダ(2)であって、
少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部(17、19)を有している少なくとも一つのリンスデバイスを備えており、
前記少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部のうちの少なくとも一つ(19)が接線方向に沿って配設されており、前記少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部のうちの少なくとも一つ(17)が中央に配設されてなり、
リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び1つの前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)が、シリンダ壁(4)内にて接線方向に配置されており、
前記リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)とは、別個の開口である、ペイント計量シリンダ(2)。 - 前記中央に配設された前記リンス流出口開口部(17)が軸方向に沿って配設されてなる、請求項1に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 少なくとも一つのリンス剤流入口開口部(18)をさらに備えてなる、請求項1又は2に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのリンス剤流入口開口部(18)が接線方向に沿って配設されてなる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 少なくとも一つのリンス剤流入口開口部(18)が単一のリンス剤流入口開口部である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- ヘッド領域をさらに備えており、前記少なくとも一つのリンスデバイスが、前記ヘッド領域に形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 少なくとも一つのリンス剤流入口開口部(18)が、少なくとも二つの異なる媒体を受け取るように接続されてなる、請求項6に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 前記異なる媒体が、二つの異なるリンス剤と、一つのリンス剤および一つの気体媒体とのうちの少なくとも一方を有してなる、請求項7に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 電気的に絶縁されたペイント受け入れチャンバ(3)をさらに備えてなる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のペイント計量シリンダ。
- 塗装プラントであって、
少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部(17、19)を具備した少なくとも一つのリンスデバイスを有しているペイント計量シリンダ(2)と、
ペイント吐き出しノズル(10)と、を備えており、
前記ペイント計量シリンダ(2)が、前記ペイント吐き出しノズル(10)にペイント材料を供給し、
前記少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部のうちの少なくとも一つ(19)が接線方向に沿って配設されており、前記少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部のうちの少なくとも一つ(17)が中央に配設されてなり、
リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び1つの前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)が、シリンダ壁(4)内にて接線方向に配置されており、
前記リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)とは、別個の開口である、塗装プラント。 - 少なくとも二つのリンス剤流出口開口部(17、19)を具備した少なくとも一つのリンスデバイスを有しているペイント計量シリンダ(2)を備えており、
リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び1つの前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)が、シリンダ壁(4)内にて接線方向に配置されており、
前記リンス剤流入口開口部(18)及び前記リンス剤流出口開口部(19)とは、別個の開口である、ペイント計量シリンダを洗浄するための方法であって、
前記ペイント計量シリンダ(2)の第一のリンス剤流出口開口部(17、19)から出ていく第一のリンス剤を供給することと、
前記ペイント計量シリンダ(2)の第二のリンス剤流出口開口部(19、17)から出ていく第二のリンス剤を供給することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第一の流出口開口部(17)および前記第二の流出口開口部(19)のうちの一つが中央に配設される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の流出口開口部(17)が中央かつ軸方向に沿って配設される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の流出口開口部(17)および前記第二の流出口開口部(19)のうちの一つが接線方向に沿って配設される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の流出口開口部(19)が接線方向に沿って配設される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 気体圧力パルスが前記第一のリンス剤および前記第二のリンス剤のうちの少なくとも一つに作用する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のリンス剤および前記第二のリンス剤が異なるリンス剤である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のリンス剤および前記第二のリンス剤が同一のリンス剤である、請求項11に記載の方法。
