Claims (7)
- 2つの長手方向アーム(2)を連結するクロスメンバー(1)を備える、自動車用のフレキシブル車軸において、
前記クロスメンバー(1)は、閉じ断面を有し、その両端の各々において円形断面(12)を有し、かつ
中心領域において台形(11)状を有する囲みによって囲まれている断面を有し、
前記クロスメンバーの前記中心領域の断面の慣性中心(Go)は、前記クロスメンバー(1)の端断面(12)の慣性中心(G1)を通る直線から離れて、
中央高さの部分の慣性中心(Go)が、両端の円形断面(12)の中心を繋ぐ直線に対して上方に片寄るように(d)湾曲形状を有して、
いることを特徴とするフレキシブル車軸。 - 2つの長手方向アーム(2)を連結するクロスメンバー(1)を備える、自動車用のフレキシブル車軸が装備された車両において、前記クロスメンバーは、閉じ断面を有し、前記クロスメンバー(1)は、その両端の各々において円形断面(12)を有し、
前記クロスメンバーは、中心領域において台形(11)状を有する囲みによって囲まれている断面を有し、
前記クロスメンバーの前記中心領域の断面の慣性中心(Go)は、前記クロスメンバー(1)の端断面(12)の慣性中心(G1)を通る直線から離れて、中央高さの部分の慣性中心(Go)が、両端の円形断面(12)の中心を繋ぐ直線に対して上方に片寄るように(d)湾曲形状を有していることを特徴とする車両。 - 自動車のフレキシブル車軸の2つの長手方向アーム(2)を連結するためのクロスメンバー(1)を製造する方法において、閉じ断面を有する前記クロスメンバーを、その両端の各々において円形断面(12)を有し、前記クロスメンバーが1つの中心領域において台形(11)を有する囲みによって囲まれている断面を有するように、変形させることからなるステップを含み、
前記クロスメンバーの前記中心領域の断面の慣性中心(Go)は、前記クロスメンバー(1)の端断面(12)の慣性中心(G1)を通る直線から離れて、中央高さの部分の慣性中心(Go)が、両端の円形断面(12)の中心を繋ぐ直線に対して上方に片寄るように(d)湾曲形状を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記クロスメンバーの中心領域と2つの端断面との間に曲げ断面を形成するように実施される前記クロスメンバーの変形過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記変形過程は、2つのステップ、すなわち、前記中心領域と前記両端の少なくとも1つの領域における円形断面領域との間の少なくとも1つの遷移区域において、予変形を行なうことからなる1つのステップと、最終的な形状をもたらすために、前記中心領域における変形を継続することからなる他のステップと、によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記変形過程は、加圧によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記クロスメンバーの中心領域の断面の慣性中心が、前記クロスメンバーの前記端断面の慣性中心を通る直線から離れるように、前記クロスメンバーを曲げることからなるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の製造方法。
