Description
独立請求項1の前提部に係るツイストビーム軸サスペンション用横部材と、独立請求項7の前提部に係るそのような横部材の製造方法は、WO2006/061424で公知である。
a)適切な直径の鋼管を所望の長さへと切断するステップ、
b)必要とされる湾曲した輪郭を与えるように管を成形するステップ、
c)成形面と押しつぶしの平面との間の所与の傾きの角度を得るために、成形後の管を必要であれば回転させるステップ、
d)管を押しつぶし、特に管のアーチ状の中央部を押しつぶし、必要とされる形状を有する断面をもたらすステップ、
e)管を放置して回復させるステップ、
f)管の端部を、必要であれば、管の断面の外周よりも大きい外周の断面を有するような程度まで、拡大および調整するステップ、
g)管を熱処理するステップ、
h)管を調整するステップ、および
i)油圧式または機械式の切断工具あるいはレーザまたはプラズマ切断装置によって、管を最終的に切断するステップ
を含んでいる。
Claims (8)
- 自動車のトーションビーム式車軸懸架装置(10)の横部材(12)であって、
前記横部材(12)は、閉じた横断面を有する1つの鋼管製品で構成されており、
前記横部材(12)は、
・水平軸の中央を下方に向けて凹状に湾曲した軸に沿って延びており、前記湾曲した軸を含む第1の面を前記水平軸の周りで所定角度(α)だけ回転してなる第2の面に沿って上方に向けて凹状に押しつぶされた横断面を有するアーチ状の中央部(12a)と、
・トーションビーム式車軸懸架装置(10)のそれぞれのトレーリングアーム(14)へと堅固に接続されるように構成された一対の端部(12b)と、
・前記中央部(12a)とそれぞれの端部(12b)との間にそれぞれ介装され、それぞれが上方に向けて凹状に湾曲した一対のアーチ状の接続部(12c)を備えていることを特徴とする横部材。 - 前記端部(12b)が、トレーリングアーム(14)に向かって真っ直ぐに伸びる部位である請求項1に記載の横部材。
- 前記鋼管製品の鋼が、
・マンガンボロン鋼、
・冷間または熱間圧延による低合金高強度鋼、
・冷間または熱間圧延による多相高強度鋼、
・二相高強度鋼、
・フェライトベイナイト高強度鋼、又は
・高合金クロムステンレス鋼
のいずれかである請求項1または2に記載の横部材。 - 前記端部(12b)が、前記中央部(12a)の横断面の外周よりも大きい外周を有する断面を有している請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の横部材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の横部材(12)と、該横部材(12)のそれぞれの端部(12b)へとそれぞれ堅固に接続された一対のトレーリングアーム(14)と、を備えている自動車のトーションビーム式車軸懸架装置。
- 前記トレーリングアーム(14)の軸が、1つの平面内を延びており、前記横部材(12)の前記端部(12b)の軸が、前記平面内を延びている請求項5に記載の懸架装置。
- 自動車のトーションビーム式車軸懸架装置(10)の横部材(12)を製造するための方法であって、
a)水平軸を有する真っ直ぐな鋼製の管状部品を所望の長さへと切断するステップ、
b)前記水平軸の中央を下方に向けて凹状に湾曲した軸に沿うように前記管状部材の中央部(12a)をアーチ状に曲げるステップ、
c)前記管状部材の中央部(12a)と前記管状部材の両端部(12b)との間を繋ぐ一対の接続部(12c)を上方に向けて凹状にアーチ状に曲げるステップ、
d)前記水平軸の周りで前記管状部材を所定角度(α)だけ回転するステップ、
e)前記湾曲した軸を含む第1の面を前記水平軸の周りで所定角度(α)だけ回転してなる第2の面に沿って前記中央部(12a)を押しつぶして該中央部(12a)の横断面を凹状にするステップを含む方法。 - f)前記部品の前記端部(12b)の各々を、該端部(12b)の断面が、前記中央部(12a)の前記中央断面よりも大きい外周を有するように拡大させるステップをさらに含んでいる請求項7に記載の方法。
