Description
Claims (14)
- ケース(3)とガラス(2)とを含む時計のベゼル(1)を固定する方法であって、前記ベゼル(1)を組立方向に移動することによって前記ガラス(2)にスナップ嵌めするスナップ嵌めステップを含む方法において、
前記スナップ嵌めステップ中に、前記ケースに配設された案内手段(5)の前記組立方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面(51)が、前記ベゼル(1)のスナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記組立方向及びスナップ嵌め方向に案内するための手段として機能することと、
前記案内手段(5)の傾斜面(51)が、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記スナップ嵌め方向に押すスラスト力を生じることにより、該スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記ガラス(2)に保持するための手段としても機能することと
を特徴とするベゼル固定方法。 - 前記案内手段(5)の傾斜面(51)が、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記組立方向と反対の方向に押す力を生じることにより、該スナップ嵌め手段(6)と前記ガラス(2)との組立方向の遊びを防止するための手段としても機能すること
をさらに特徴とする請求項1に記載のベゼル固定方法。 - 前記スナップ嵌めステップの前に、前記ガラス(2)を前記ケース(3)に固定するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のベゼル固定方法。
- 前記スナップ嵌めステップの後で前記ベゼル(1)が前記ケース(3)に埋設されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2または3に記載のベゼル固定方法。
- 前記スナップ嵌めステップ中に、前記ガラスの周縁部の上面(213)とこの上面(213)に接する前記ベゼル(1)の内面(13)とにそれぞれ配設された軸方向位置決め手段(213a,13a)により、前記ベゼル(1)に対する前記ガラス(2)の軸方向位置決めが保証されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定方法。
- 前記スナップ嵌めステップが、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)の弾性変形と、次に、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)のスナップ嵌め面(611)を前記ガラス(2)の周縁部(21)に配置された前記ガラスのスナップ嵌め面(211)の下に位置決めすることであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定方法。
- ケース(3)とガラス(2)とを含む時計のベゼル(1)を固定するための装置であって、
前記ベゼル(1)が該ベゼルを組立方向に移動することによって前記ガラス(2)にスナップ嵌めするスナップ嵌め手段(6)を含み、前記ケース(3)が前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)のための案内手段(5)として前記組立方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面(51)を含んで前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記組立方向及びスナップ嵌め方向に案内する手段として機能するとともに、前記案内手段(5)の傾斜面(51)が、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記スナップ嵌め方向に押すスラスト力を生じることにより、該スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記ガラス(2)に保持するための手段としても機能することを特徴とするベゼル固定装置。 - 前記案内手段(5)の傾斜面(51)が、前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)を前記組立方向と反対の方向に押す力を生じることにより、該スナップ嵌め手段(6)と前記ガラス(2)との組立方向の遊びを防止するための手段としても機能すること
をさらに特徴とする請求項7に記載のベゼル固定装置。 - 前記ベゼル(2)の周縁部(15)に前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)が配置されることと、前記ケース(3)の外周部の凹部(4)に前記案内手段(5)が配置されることとを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のベゼル固定装置。
- 前記スナップ嵌め手段(6)が、前記ベゼル(1)との一体的ユニットを形成して、少なくとも一つのスナップ嵌め面(611)が配設された突出部(61)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定装置。
- 前記案内手段(5)が前記ケース(3)との一体的ユニットを形成することを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定装置。
- 前記ベゼル(1)が前記ガラス(2)の前記周縁部(21)を被覆し、前記ベゼル(1)の内側縁部(14)が前記ガラス(2)の外側縁部(22)と同一平面上にあり、前記ガラス(2)の上部外縁部(24)が前記ベゼル(1)の上部外面(11)と連続する、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定装置。
- 少なくとも前記ベゼル(1)および/または前記ガラス(2)および/または前記ケース(3)がプラスチック材料(3)で形成される、請求項7〜12のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定装置。
- 前記ガラス(2)の周縁部の上面に接する前記ベゼル(1)の内面(13)に配設された軸方向位置決め手段(13a)を前記ベゼルが含み、前記ガラスの周縁部の前記上面に配設された軸方向位置決め手段(213a)を前記ガラス(2)が含む、請求項7〜13のいずれかに記載のベゼル固定装置。
