Claims (22)
- a.予め規定されている飲料水基準を満たす水と、
b.少なくとも2種類の精油の組合せと、
c.1又は2種以上の添加剤と
を含み、
少なくとも1種類の精油が、1×10−4ml/L〜1×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲のローズマリーであり、第2の精油が、ベチバー、ゼラニウム、パルマローザ、パチョリ、メントールミント及びトゥルシーの精油からなる群から選択される最大5×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲の精油である、
ヒト用のハーブ水調合品。 - 添加剤が、甘味剤、二酸化炭素、着色剤、塩、乳化剤、抗酸化剤、プレバイオティックス及びそれらの組合せを含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 甘味剤が、人工甘味剤及び天然甘味剤からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 人工甘味剤が、スクラロース、アセサルフェームカリウム、ネオテーム、D−タガトース及びそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項3に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 天然甘味剤が、キシリトール、ソルビトール等のポリオール、マンニトール、転化糖、ステビオシド類のハーブ系甘味剤、又はそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項3に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 人工甘味剤が、1.0×10−5g/L〜2.0×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲で使用される、請求項4に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 天然甘味剤が、最大1.46×10−1Mの濃度範囲で使用される、請求項5に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。

- 着色剤が、人工着色剤、ハーブ系着色剤及び天然着色剤を含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 乳化剤が、最大1×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の天然乳化剤、最大1×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の食品乳化剤及び最大0.5%v/vの濃度範囲の人工乳化剤を含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- プレバイオティックスが、イヌリン、FOS、耐性マルトデキストリン、耐性デキストリン、難消化性デキストリン及び耐性デンプンを含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 抗酸化剤が、最大2×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の人工抗酸化剤、最大2×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲の天然抗酸化剤及び最大2×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲のハーブ系抗酸化剤を含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- ハーブ系抗酸化剤が、クローブ、バジル、シナモン、コリアンダー、ミント、サルビア、ウイキョウ及びその組合せの精油を含む群から選択される、請求項12に記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- 容器入り飲料水に有用であり、25℃で6カ月間、その官能特性が維持され得る、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のヒト用のハーブ水調合品。
- ヒト用のハーブ水調合品を調製する方法であって、
a.予め規定されている飲料水基準を満たす水に最大5×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲のベチバー、ゼラニウム、パルマローザ、パチョリ、メントールミント及びトゥルシーの精油からなる群から選択される1又は2以上の精油を加えるステップと、
b.ローズマリーの精油を1×10−4ml/L〜1×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲でステップ(a)の前記水に加えるステップと、
c.ハーブ水調合品を得るために、1種又は複数種の添加剤を任意で加えるステップと
を含む方法。 - 添加剤が、甘味剤、二酸化炭素、着色剤、塩、乳化剤、抗酸化剤、プレバイオティックス及びそれらの組合せを含む群から選択される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 甘味剤が、1.0×10−5g/L〜2.0×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の人工甘味剤及び最大1.46×10−1Mの濃度範囲の天然甘味剤を含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 塩が、4.2×10−7M〜8.9×10−4Mの濃度範囲の食卓塩、最大8.9×10−4Mの濃度範囲の岩塩、最大8.9×10−4Mの濃度範囲の栄養上重要なミネラル塩及び4.2×10−7M〜8.9×10−4Mの濃度範囲の植物塩を含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 着色剤が、人工着色剤、ハーブ系着色剤及び天然着色剤を含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 乳化剤が、最大1×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の天然乳化剤、最大1×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の食品乳化剤及び最大0.5%v/vの濃度範囲の人工乳化剤を含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- プレバイオティックスが、イヌリン、FOS、耐性マルトデキストリン、耐性デキストリン、難消化性デキストリン及び耐性デンプンを含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 抗酸化剤が、最大2×10−1g/Lの濃度範囲の人工抗酸化剤、最大2×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲の天然抗酸化剤、及び最大2×10−1ml/Lの濃度範囲のハーブ系抗酸化剤を含む群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
