Claims (4)
- 電気回路を収容するファラデーシールドと、
変圧器のコア、前記変圧器のコアに巻かれた一次巻線、及び前記変圧器のコアに巻かれた二次巻線を有する絶縁変圧器と、
前記二次巻線を囲みかつ前記二次巻線を同軸状に遮蔽する遮蔽部と、
を備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記ファラデーシールド及び前記二次巻線に電気的に接続されると共に、電気的な切れ目である不連続部分が形成されている
ことを特徴とするX線源。 - 前記二次巻線と前記ファラデーシールドに収容されている前記電気回路とを接続する導線を更に備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記導線を遮蔽する管と前記二次巻線を遮蔽するトロイダルシースとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線源。 - 前記ファラデーシールドに接続された高電圧電源を更に備え、
前記遮蔽部及び前記ファラデーシールドは、同電位である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のX線源。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のX線源を含むX線装置。
