Description
図1は、本実施例に係る二重配管装置の構成を簡略に示す概略図であり、図2は、図1に示す二重配管装置の構成を模式的に示す図である。
図1、2に示すように、本実施例に係る二重配管装置10は、外管11と、この外管11に内挿された内管12とから構成された二重配管装置の内部を流れるガスAの流量を調整する二重配管装置であって、内管12の内部を流れるガスAの流量を調整する流量調整弁13と、この流量調整弁13を支持し、外管11及び内管12を貫通する弁棒14とを有すると共に、外管11と内管12との間に、ガスAが外管11の外に漏洩するのを防止するベローズ15を含む流体漏洩防止手段16を有するものである。

Claims (2)
- 外管と、該外管に内挿された内管とから構成された二重配管装置の内部を流れる流体の流量を調整する二重配管装置であって、
前記外管または前記内管の内部を流れる流体の流量を調整する流量調整弁と、
該流量調整弁を支持し、前記外管及び前記内管を貫通する弁棒とを有すると共に、
ベローズ又は他の伸縮継手を含む流体漏洩防止手段を備え、
前記流体漏洩防止手段は、前記外管と前記内管との間の空間に備えられ、
前記流体漏洩防止手段は、その一端は前記外管における前記弁棒が貫通する側の内壁に取り付けられると共に、他端は前記弁棒における前記内管の外部位置に取り付けられ、
前記二重配管装置を流れる前記流体が、前記流体漏洩防止手段に直接接触しないようにし、前記流体が前記外管の外に漏洩するのを防止する二重配管装置。 - 前記弁棒と前記外管との間、および前記弁棒と前記内管との間にそれぞれシール部を設けた請求項1に記載の二重配管装置。
