Claims (8)
- 流体輸送管体、回転駆動機構、流出通路及び輸送管体を備える回転スプレー装置であって、
前記流体輸送管体は、一端に流体入口が設けられ、他端が噴射口を有し、複数の貫通孔が管壁に設けられ、
前記回転駆動機構は、前記流体輸送管体に結合され、前記貫通孔の流体出力方向に対して斜めに形成された流体押圧壁を有し、
前記流出通路は、前記流体押圧壁の端部に形成され、導流空間中にある流体が前記貫通孔から流出して前記流体押圧壁に当り、
前記輸送管体は、流体収納機構に接続された収納流体入口を一端に有し、他端が前記流体輸送管体中に貫設されて前記流体輸送管体の前記噴射口まで延伸され、
前記流体入口から前記流体輸送管体に流入する流体の一部が前記貫通孔を介して前記回転駆動機構中に流入し、流体が当って前記流体押圧壁に力が加わると前記回転駆動機構が回転し、これにより前記流体輸送管体が回転しながら噴射することを特徴とする回転スプレー装置。 - 前記回転駆動機構の前記流体押圧壁は、インボリュート曲線方向で延伸して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。
- 前記回転駆動機構は、前記流体輸送管体に向かって突設された複数の固定リブを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。
- 前記回転駆動機構は、前固定層と、後固定層と、前記前固定層と前記後固定層との間に設けられた流路構造層と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。
- 前記前固定層及び前記後固定層は硬質材料からなり、
前記流路構造層は塑性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転スプレー装置。 - 前記流体輸送管体中には、流入した流体を分流し、前記流体の一部を前記流体輸送管体の前記噴射口に向かって流し、前記流体の残部を前記流体輸送管体の前記貫通孔に向かって流す分流部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。
- 前記輸送管体中には流量調節機構が配置され、
前記流量調節機構は隔水壁及び止水杆体を有し、
前記隔水壁には規制孔が設けられ、
前記止水杆体の端部には、前記隔水壁の前記規制孔に移動可能に貫設させることが可能なテーパ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。 - 第1の調節部材及び第2の調節部材を有する回転速度調節機構をさらに備え、
前記第1の調節部材は、前記回転駆動機構の前記流出通路に接続され、複数の第1の開口部が形成された出力面を有し、
前記第2の調節部材は、前記第1の調節部材の前記出力面に回転可能に結合する入力面を有し、前記入力面上には、前記第1の開口部に対応した第2の開口部が複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スプレー装置。
