Description
外筒部材60は、円筒状とされ、内径がダイヤフラム32よりも大径とされている。外筒部材60は、ダイヤフラム32の外周側を覆うように配置され、チャンバ部材22側の中間部60Aで筒の内壁がダイヤフラム32の外周側に固定されている。ここでの固定は、環状リング62をダイヤフラム32の内側に配置し、外筒部材60の外側から径方向内側へ加締めて環状リング62と外筒部材60の間にダイヤフラム32挟み込んで固定している。外筒部材60は、金属製とされており、ダイヤフラム32の径方向外側への拡張を防止する。外筒部材60により、ダイヤフラム32の経時変化を抑制することができる。また、ダイヤフラム32と他部材との干渉を回避することができる。

Claims (3)
- 互いに相対移動する第1移動体及び第2移動体の間に配置される空気ばねであって、
前記第1移動体側に取り付けられるチャンバ部材と、
前記第2移動体側に取り付けられるピストン部材と、
前記ピストン部材よりも大径の筒状とされた金属製の外筒部材と、
前記ピストン部材よりも大径の筒状とされ、前記外筒部材の筒内に挿入され、前記チャンバ部材及び前記ピストン部材と連結されて内部にチャンバ室が構成され、前記外筒部材の前記チャンバ部材側の中間部の内壁に外周が取り付けられたダイヤフラムと、
を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記チャンバ部材側の連結中間部が前記チャンバ部材に連結されると共に前記ピストン部材側に配置される第1端部が前記ピストン部材に連結され、
前記連結中間部よりも小径の前記第1端部側が内外反転状態として筒内へ折り返され、
前記連結中間部から延出される第2端部側が内外反転状態として筒外へ折り返され、
前記第2端部が前記外筒部材の外周に連結されていること、を特徴とする空気ばね。 - 前記ダイヤフラムの前記第2端部は、前記連結中間部よりも大径とされていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記ダイヤフラムには、前記連結中間部から前記第1端部にかけて、補強材が含まれていること、を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気ばね。
