Claims (1)
- プラネタリーギアのプラネタリーステージの内歯歯車(4)であって、内歯歯車(4)がベースボディ(4b)および内歯(4a)を備えており、並びにベースボディ(4b)および内歯(4a)が一体に形成されている前記内歯歯車(4)において、
ベースボディ(4b)が基本的にシリンダー状の外部表面(4c)を有しており、かつ付加部品(6)が外部表面(4c)上に配置されており、その際、付加部品(6)が連行パターン(6c)として形成された外歯を備え、
付加部品(6)が、変形により製造可能な薄板部品として形成されており、外歯(6c)が、リーフパケット(8)のための連行歯として形成され、
ベースボディ(4b)が当接面を、および薄板部品(6)が二種類の固定要素(6a,6b)を備えており、これらにより薄板部品(6)がベースボディ(4b)に対して軸方向においてサポートされ、
当接面が正面に配置されており、
第一の固定要素(6a)が薄板部品(6)に、プレスにより押し出されたノーズ(6a)として形成され、
第二の固定要素(6b)が、薄板部品(6)の部分領域を折り曲げることにより、薄板部品(6)の組立ての際または後に作成可能であることを特徴とする前記内歯歯車(4)。
