Claims (10)
- 内容積を有し、超高純度流体を保管するように構成された容器を検査及び/又は補修するための方法であって、
周囲空気の進入なしで前記容器の内容積に装置を挿入する挿入工程であって、前記装置が前記内容積に汚染物を導入しない挿入工程、並びに
前記装置を用いて前記容器を検査及び/又は補修する工程
を含み、前記検査及び/又は補修する工程が超高純度流体の保管前に実施され、前記容器が、第一導管によって連結された第一弁及び第二弁と、前記第一弁と前記容器を連結する第二導管と、前記第二弁に連結された第三導管と、前記第一導管に連結されたパージ装置とを含む弁システムをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記装置を用いて前記容器を検査及び/又は補修する工程が、前記装置のセンサーを用いて前記容器に関する情報を得ることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装置のセンサーを用いて前記容器に関する情報を得ることが、タンクにおける割れ、圧痕、溶接欠陥、母材欠陥、腐蝕、くぼみ、及び/又はしわを検出及び/又は測定することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)及び白シリカ物質からなる群より選択される物質から形成された車輪及び/又はローラーを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記挿入工程の前にパージ工程が実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の内容積が前記挿入工程の際に前記流体の静蒸気圧に維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が超高純度アンモニアである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記挿入工程が、前記第二弁を開ける一方で前記第一弁がその閉鎖位置にあることにより、そして前記装置を前記第三導管と前記第二弁を通して前記第一導管に挿入することにより、前記装置を前記弁システムを通して前記内容積に挿入することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ装置を作動して、前記装置が前記第一導管に導入されたときに前記第一導管に進入することがある周囲空気を前記第一導管からパージするパージ装置の作動工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ装置の作動工程が、真空を用いて前記第二導管を排気し、次いでその容積を前記容器の内容積中の超高純度流体を汚染しないガスで充填することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
