Description
二軸押出機(ヴェルナーウントプフライデラー社のZSK30)を用いて、いくつかのマスターバッチMB1〜MB6を製造した。
P1−1.ポリアミドK122(ディーエスエム社)
P1−2.ポリブチレンテレフタレート1060(ディーエスエム社)
P1−3.Zytel101NC010(デュポン社)
〔相溶化剤〕
P2−1.MA0.9重量%でグラフト化したFusabond(登録商標)MO525Dポリエチレン(デュポン社)
P2−2.MA0.5〜1.0重量%でグラフト化したExxelor PO 1020ポリプロピレン(エクソンモービル社)
〔担体ポリマー〕
P3−1.Exact0230(登録商標)ポリエチレン(ディーイーエックスプラストマー社)
P3−2.プロピレンエチレンランダムコポリマーSabic597S(サビック社)
〔吸収材〕
A−1:D50が1μmの三酸化アンチモン(カンパイン社)
A−2:LazerFlair LS825(メルク社)
A−3:Fabulase322(ブーデンハイム社)
A−4:Stanostat CP5C(キーリングアンドウォルカー社)
比較の目的で、二軸押出機(ヴェルナーウントプフライデラー社のZSK30)を用いて、単一の吸収材のみにより、マスターバッチMB7〜MB16を製造した。
マスターバッチMB01〜MB06を用いて、マスターバッチMB01〜MB06を、上記の押出機により様々なマトリックスポリマー(M1〜M4)に混合することにより、いくつかのレーザー描画可能な組成物LP1〜LP12を製造した。押出機の供給ゾーン、バレルおよびダイの温度、ならびに様々なマトリックスポリマーについての材料の出口温度は以下の通りである。

M2.ポリプロピレンホモポリマー112MN40(ディーエスエム社)
M3.ポリブチレンテレフタレート1060(ディーエスエム社)
M4.ポリアミドK122(ディーエスエム社)
M1:(Exact):100、120、150、158
M2:(PP): 160、200、210、225
M3:(PBT): 180、230、240、265
M4:(PA6): 160、200、220、265
マスターバッチMB07〜MB16を用いて、このマスターバッチを上記の押出機により様々なマトリックスポリマー(M1〜M4)に混合することにより、いくつかのレーザー描画可能な組成物LP13〜LP32を調製した。
マトリックスポリマーM1またはM2を、MB07〜MB16から選択した2種の異なる単一吸収材含有マスターバッチに混合することにより、レーザー描画可能な組成物LP33〜LP38を製造した。
マトリックスポリマーM1のみと、A1〜A4から選択される2種の吸収材とを含有するレーザー描画可能な組成物RF1〜RF3を製造した。

− 正反射光込み(SCI)で、測定角度10°。
− 非常に不良なコントラストで粒状 −

Claims (13)
- コアおよびシェルを含むマイクロスフィアであって、前記コアがポリマーと少なくとも2種のレーザー光吸収材を含み、前記シェルが相溶化剤を含む、マイクロスフィア。
- 粒径が、50nm〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 粒径が、100nm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記コアが、熱可塑性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記レーザー光吸収材が、銅、ビスマス、錫、アルミニウム、亜鉛、銀、チタン、アンチモン、マンガン、鉄、ニッケル、バリウム、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、ヒ素およびクロム等の金属ならびに2種以上のこれらの金属の組合せの、酸化物、水酸化物、硫化物、硫酸塩およびリン酸塩、レーザー光吸収有機(無機)染料、または金属酸化物コーティングされたフレークから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記レーザー光吸収材が、三酸化アンチモン、二酸化錫、チタン酸バリウム、二酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、銅ヒドロキシホスフェート、オルトリン酸銅、水酸化銅、アンチモン−錫酸化物、三酸化ビスマス、アントラキノンまたはアゾ染料から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記レーザー光吸収材が、三酸化アンチモンおよびアンチモン−錫酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリスルホン、ポリカーボネート、ポリヒドロキシド、ポリウレタン、PVCまたはスチレン系ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記相溶化剤が、熱可塑性グラフトポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- 前記熱可塑性グラフトポリマーが、マレイン酸無水物グラフト化ポリエチレンまたはマレイン酸無水物グラフト化ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィア。
- レーザーマーキング添加剤としての、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィアの使用。
- 反応性押出による、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィアの製造方法。
- マトリックスポリマーと、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロスフィアとを含む、レーザー描画可能な組成物。
