Description
また、当該操作ロッド連結構造は、操作ロッドの端部を接続部材の軸部(あるいは軸受部)と動作部材の軸受部(あるいは軸部)により枢支連結し、前記動作部材および前記接続部材に各別に備えられた係合部と被係合部とを係合させるだけで操作ロッドと動作部材との連結が完了する。したがって、操作ロッド連結構造の組付工程が簡易になる。
さらに、本構成では、軸部は接続部材及び動作部材によりその両端が支持されているため、軸部の支持が強固となり、操作ロッドの操作力が伝達される動作部材の動作が安定する。
さらに、本構成では、係合部を軸部の軸方向とは異なる方向から動作部材に係合するよう構成したので、接続部材は、コ字状の位置固定部による軸部の軸方向への抜け止め及び軸部を位置固定する機能と、係合部による接続部材と動作部材の係合位置や接合部材の係合姿勢を固定する機能とを個別に備える。その結果、操作ロッドの操作力が伝達されて動作部材が動作する際の動作安定性ならびに各部材の耐久性が向上する。
さらに、本構成では、係合部を軸部の軸方向とは異なる方向から動作部材に係合するよう構成したので、接続部材は、コ字状の位置固定部による軸部の軸方向への抜け止め及び軸部を位置固定する機能と、係合部による接続部材と動作部材の係合位置や接合部材の係合姿勢を固定する機能とを個別に備える。その結果、操作ロッドの操作力が伝達されて動作部材が動作する際の動作安定性ならびに各部材の耐久性が向上する。
図1〜図5に、エンジンEに供給する空気の流速を調整する吸気制御装置に本発明に係る操作ロッド連結構造を適用した例を示す。当該吸気制御装置は複数の吸気路100を備えたインテークマニホールド10を有し、各吸気路100の途中には可変吸気バルブが設けられている。吸気制御装置は、吸気管100を流れる空気の通過断面を変化させて流速調整することにより、エンジンの燃焼改善を図る。
図6〜図8に示すように、本実施形態では、第1実施形態の動作部材4の係合凹部42に代えて、動作部材4に本体部40から突出する凸状の被係合部44を備える。また、接続部材5は、ボールジョイント部52に代えて、動作部材4の厚み方向の部分を挟み込むコ字状の位置固定部54と、位置固定部54の一端側に凹状の係合部55とを備える。位置固定部54はコ字状の部分で軸部51の軸方向に平行な方向に動作部材4の一部(厚み方向の部分)を挟み付ける。係合部55は軸部51の軸方向とは異なる方向から動作部材4の被係合部44に係合するよう構成されている。
本実施形態では、図9及び図10に示すように、接続部材5は、動作部材4の厚み方向の部分を挟み込むコ字状の位置固定部54を備え、位置固定部54の一端の内方に凸状の係合部54aが形成されている。すなわち、第2実施形態とは、接続部材5の係合部54aの構成が異なる。
(1)本発明に係る操作ロッド連結構造は、気体、液体を問わず、開閉弁、流量制御弁、圧力制御弁等の各種の弁開閉機構に適用することができ、弁開閉機構以外の各種の動作機構にも広く用いることができる。また、駆動源としては、樹脂製ダイアフラム式のアクチュエータの他、金属製ダイアフラム式のアクチュエータ、電動モータや電磁ソレノイド等の電動式駆動源を用いることもできる。

Claims (7)
- 動作機構の一部を構成する動作部材と、
前記動作部材に枢支連結して操作力を伝達するよう、端部に連結孔部を備えた操作ロッドと、
前記動作部材の一部と伴に前記操作ロッドの端部を挟持する接続部材とを備え、
前記動作部材および前記接続部材の何れか一方に軸部を形成すると共に、前記動作部材および前記接続部材の何れか他方に前記軸部を挿入可能な軸受部を形成して、前記軸部が前記操作ロッドの連結孔部を貫通しつつ前記軸受部に挿入可能に構成し、
前記軸部が前記軸受部から抜け出すのを阻止する係合部および被係合部を、前記接続部材および前記動作部材のうち前記軸部および前記軸受部とは異なる位置に各別に備えた操作ロッド連結構造。 - 前記係合部をその係脱方向が前記軸部の挿脱方向と一致するよう構成した請求項1記載の操作ロッド連結構造。
- 前記接続部材に、前記軸部の軸方向に平行な方向で前記動作部材の一部を挟み付けて前記軸部の軸方向の移動を規制するコ字状の位置固定部を設け、前記係合部を前記位置固定部に設けると共に、当該係合部を前記軸部の軸方向とは異なる方向から前記動作部材に係合するよう構成した請求項1記載の操作ロッド連結構造。
- 前記操作ロッドのジョイント部を部分的に金属材料で構成した請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の操作ロッド連結構造。
- 動作機構の一部を構成する動作部材と、前記動作部材に操作力を伝達するよう、端部に連結孔部を備えた操作ロッドとを枢支連結する接続部材であって、
前記操作ロッドの連結孔部を貫通しつつ前記動作機構に設けられた軸受部に挿入可能な軸部と、
前記軸部とは異なる位置で前記動作部材に係合して前記軸部の前記軸受部からの抜け出しを阻止する係合部と、を備えた接続部材。 - 前記係合部をその係脱方向が前記軸部の挿脱方向と一致するよう構成した請求項5記載の接続部材。
- 前記軸部の軸方向に平行な方向で前記動作部材の一部を挟み付けて前記軸部の軸方向の移動を規制するコ字状の位置固定部を設け、前記係合部を前記位置固定部に設けると共に、当該係合部を前記軸部の軸方向とは異なる方向から前記動作部材に係合するよう構成した請求項5記載の接続部材。
