Claims (9)
- 巻線が巻回された環状のステータコアの内周にエアギャップを介して環状のインナロータが配設され、外周にエアギャップを介してリング状のアウタロータが配設されたモータジェネレータにおいて、
前記インナロータ及び前記アウタロータは軟磁性体又は電磁鋼板で形成されており、前記ステータコアは、各々ティース毎に分離した複数のセグメントステータコアから形成され、これらセグメントステータコアの各間に、所定数のセグメントステータコアを跨ぐように前記巻線が連続分布巻で巻回され、前記アウタロータは、極毎に分離した複数のセグメントロータコアから成り、このセグメントロータコアと前記インナロータとが前記連続分布巻された巻線のピッチと同一のずれ角で対向配置されるものであって、
前記複数のセグメントロータコアの各々の両端部に、当該アウタロータの円周方向に窪んだ切り欠き部を有し、この切り欠き部に嵌合する突出部を両側に有する保持部を、前記複数のセグメントロータコアの各間に介挿して当該アウタロータを形成したことを特徴とするモータジェネレータ。 - 前記保持部は、磁性体で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記インナロータと前記アウタロータとを、回転トルクが最大となるずれ角に配置した状態で且つ当該インナロータ及び当該アウタロータが共に回転可能なように、非磁性体又は磁性体の接続部により接続固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記連続分布巻された巻線を複数本に分割し、この分割された巻線を1本に結合すると共に、1本に結合された巻線を複数本に分割する接続制御を行う接続制御手段を備え、前記接続制御手段により巻線が分割された際に、分割された巻線の何れかに電流を流し、1本に結合された際に1本の巻線に電流を流せるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記セグメントステータコアのアウタロータ側の先端部に巻線を集中巻し、この集中巻された巻線に電流を流せるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記セグメントステータコアの側部から前記インナロータ側に突き出し、この突き出し部分が当該インナロータとギャップを介する状態で、当該セグメントステータコアの側部に固定された棒状の突出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記セグメントステータコアにおける前記巻線のインナロータ側及びアウタロータ側である両側に、前記巻線の高さよりも高いコアエンドチップを配設したことを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記インナロータと前記アウタロータとを接続固定する接続部の巻線と対向する位置に、当該巻線に接触しない状態で、磁石又は磁性体による凸部を配設したことを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
- 前記アウタロータと前記ステータコアとの間のエアギャップを、前記インナロータと前記ステータコアとの間のエアギャップよりも小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ。
