Description
図1〜図6を参照すると、本発明におけるパンチング装置の付勢組立体18は、穿孔支持部材20の主要部32を囲むようにヘッド部30と保持部材22の主要保持部64との間に付勢部材26を配置することによって組み立てられる。穿孔支持部材20の主要部32は、付勢部材26がヘッド部30の係合面46及び主要保持部64の係合面72に当接した状態で、保持部材22の内部ボア70を通じて滑動可能に挿通されている。

Claims (18)
- 穿孔部を支持するように適合され、ヘッド部と、該ヘッド部から延在している主要部であって、前記主要部を連続的に囲んだ状態で前記ヘッド部から延在している凹状面を有した前記主要部とを含んでいる穿孔支持部材と、
前記穿孔支持部材が保持部材に対して滑動可能な状態で前記穿孔支持部材に結合されている前記保持部材と、
前記穿孔支持部材の前記主要部と前記保持部材との間に配置され、その一部は前記凹状面と係合している結合部材であって、前記結合部材が、前記凹状面を連続的に囲んだ状態で延在しており、前記結合部材が、軸線方向において前記保持部材に対して固定されるように前記保持部材の溝内に配置されており、これにより前記穿孔支持部材及び前記保持部材の組立解除が防止される、前記結合部材と、
前記穿孔支持部材の前記ヘッド部と前記保持部材との間で支持されている付勢部材と、
を備え、
前記穿孔支持部材が前記結合部材に対して少なくとも第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動可能とされ、
これにより、前記穿孔支持部材が、前記軸線方向において、少なくとも前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間において前記保持部材に対して相対的に移動可能とされるので、前記結合部材が、前記穿孔支持部材が前記第1の位置に位置している場合において、前記穿孔支持部材の前記凹状面の第1の領域と係合し、前記穿孔支持部材が前記第2の位置に位置している場合において、前記第1の領域と相違する前記凹状面の第2の領域と係合することを特徴とする、パンチング装置のための付勢組立体。 - 前記保持部材は、前記穿孔支持部材の前記主要部を囲んでいるカラーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔支持部材の前記主要部は内部ボアを含み、前記穿孔部が該内部ボアに受容されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記結合部材を受容する内部溝部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔支持部材は一体的な単一部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記結合部材は、前記保持部材に対して固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記結合部材は、略環状とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記付勢部材は、圧縮スプリングとされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔支持部材は、前記穿孔部を係合するために内部ネジ部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記主要部は略管状とされ、前記ヘッド部は略ディスク状とされ、前記主要部及び前記ヘッド部は連続的な内部ボアを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付勢組立体。
- 穿孔部を支持するように適合され、ヘッド部と、該ヘッド部から延在し凹状面を有している主要部とを含んでいる穿孔支持部材であって、前記穿孔部を受容するように適合されている内部ボアを含んでいる前記穿孔支持部材であって、前記主要部が、前記主要部を連続的に囲んだ状態で延在している凹状外面を有している前記穿孔支持部材と、
前記穿孔支持部材がカラーに対して滑動可能な状態で前記穿孔支持部材に結合されている前記カラーと、
前記穿孔支持部材の前記主要部と前記カラーとの間に配置され、前記凹状面と係合している環状クリップであって、前記クリップが、前記凹状面を連続的に囲んだ状態で延在しており、前記クリップが、軸線方向において前記カラーに対して固定されるように前記カラーの溝内に配置されており、これにより前記穿孔支持部材及び前記カラーの組立解除が防止される、前記クリップと、
前記穿孔支持部材の前記ヘッド部と前記カラーとの間で支持されているスプリングと、
を備え、
前記穿孔支持部材が前記結合部材に対して少なくとも第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動可能とされ、
これにより、前記穿孔支持部材が、前記軸線方向において、少なくとも前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間において前記カラーに対して相対的に移動可能とされるので、前記クリップが、前記穿孔支持部材が前記第1の位置に位置している場合において、前記穿孔支持部材の前記凹状面の第1の領域と係合し、前記穿孔支持部材が前記第2の位置に位置している場合において、前記第1の領域と相違する前記凹状面の第2の領域と係合することを特徴とする、パンチング装置のための付勢組立体。 - 前記カラーは、前記クリップを受容する放射状の内部溝部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記カラーは、前記カラーの外縁から前記内部溝部に延在している通路を含み、前記クリップが前記通路を通じて前記内部溝部に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔支持部材は、一体的な単一部材とされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔支持部材の前記主要部は外部停止面を含み、前記カラーは内部停止面を含み、前記内部停止面及び前記外部停止面は略平坦とされ互いに係合しており、これにより前記穿孔支持部材及び前記カラーの互いに対する回転を実質的に防止していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記穿孔部は、前記穿孔支持部材の前記内部ボアと螺合可能に係合していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記主要部は略管状とされ、前記ヘッドは略ディスク状とされ、前記主要部及び前記ヘッド部は連続的な内部ボアを有していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
- 前記スプリングは前記穿孔支持部材の前記ヘッド部及び前記カラーに当接していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付勢組立体。
