技术领域
本发明涉及用于冲孔装置的偏压组件,其便于冲头的调节,并且即使是在移去冲头之后也能保持装配。
背景技术
在传统的高速冲孔机中,冲头的切割端在使用一段期限后需要磨刃,通常通过研磨来磨刃。但是,磨刃使冲头长度变短。在磨刃之后为确保适当的定位,必须重新调整冲头。一般传统的冲孔机需要将其弹簧组件完全拆解以磨刃和调整冲头。弹簧组件的拆解费时,并且常常需要使用专用工具。此外,传统冲孔机的弹簧组件包括许多需要额外装配工作的部件。

具体实施方式
参考图1-6,冲孔装置10(例如转塔式六角孔冲床)通常包括用于给工件14(例如金属板)冲孔的冲头12、冲头导向装置16以及辅助冲头12直线运动的偏压组件18。冲头12可从偏压组件18拆离,并且可无需拆解其部件就安装回组件18中。这允许方便地移除和调整冲头12,例如当冲头12需要磨刃时。
如图1-3中所示,根据本发明的偏压组件18包括最少的部件。具体地,偏压组件18包括冲头支撑元件20、锁紧元件22、连接冲头支撑元件20与锁紧元件22的连接元件24、以及布置在冲头支撑元件20与锁紧元件22之间的偏压元件26。可设置遮盖套管28来遮盖偏压元件26,但是并非必需。

组装和操作
参考图1-6,通过将偏压元件26绕冲头支撑元件20的主要部分32布置在锁紧元件22的头部分30与主锁紧部分64之间,而根据本发明来组装冲孔装置10的偏压组件18。将冲头支撑元件20的主要部分32可滑动地穿过锁紧元件22的内孔70插入,使偏压元件26抵靠头部分30的接合表面46和主锁紧部分64的接合表面72。
将连接元件24穿过主锁紧部分64的访问开口84插入通道80而进入锁紧元件22的内槽76。如图4和5中清楚所示的,连接元件24的一部分置于冲头支撑元件20的主要部分32在第一肩部56与第二肩部58之间的凹入区域54内。如图4中所示,连接元件24抵靠凹入区域54的第一肩部56,从而基本上防止了冲头支撑元件20与锁紧元件22的分离。偏压元件26向冲头支撑元件20和锁紧元件22两者都施加力。支撑元件20的主要部分32的止动表面60与锁紧元件22的第一延伸部66的止动表面86彼此接合。因为两个平面都基本上是平坦的,所以防止了冲头支撑元件20和锁紧元件22相对于彼此的转动,从而在两个元件之间提供了确定的锁止作用。这样,就无需另外的紧固件,例如螺钉,来锁定冲头支撑元件20和锁紧元件22。遮盖套管28环绕着偏压元件26。
冲头12接纳在冲头支撑元件20的内孔34和锁紧元件22的内孔70中,冲头12的第一端12与冲头支撑元件20的头部分30附近的内孔34的螺纹部92可螺旋地接合,如图1和2中所示。冲头12的相反的第二端94延伸穿过导向装置16至冲孔工件14,如图2中所示。
通过将冲头导向装置16的销穿过锁紧元件22的主锁紧部分64的导向接合表面74中相应的孔(未示出)插入,而连接偏压组件18与冲头导向装置16。并且,可使用绕主锁紧部分64的第二延伸部68布置的O形环96来连接导向装置16与组件18。具体地,O形环96与导向装置16中的槽98接合,如图1和2中所示。但是,可使用任何已知的附装装置来连接偏压组件18的锁紧元件22与导向装置16。
在操作期间,压杆44接合冲头支撑元件20的头部分30的暴露表面42以迫使偏压元件26压缩,从而将冲头支撑元件20朝着导向装置16移动,使冲头12的第二端92给工件14冲孔,如图2中所示。当偏压组件18被压缩时,冲头支撑元件20的凹入区域54的第一肩部56离开而与连接元件24间隔开,如图5中所示。可一直压缩偏压组件18,直到连接元件24抵靠凹入区域54的第二肩部58为止。一旦工件14完成冲孔并且压杆44被松开,偏压元件26就迫使冲头支撑元件20从导向装置16推回,直到连接元件24抵靠冲头支撑元件20的第一肩部56为止。
如果冲头12的第二端92磨损了而需要磨刃,那么可容易地将冲头12从偏压组件18取下和替换,而冲头支撑元件20、锁紧元件22和偏压元件26将保持装配。冲头12简单地从冲头支撑元件20旋拧出,从偏压组件18取下。由于连接元件24,冲头支撑元件20、锁紧元件22和偏压元件26保持装配。然后,可给冲头12磨刃,再安装回偏压组件18。冲头12的磨刃常常缩短了冲头12的长度。冲头支撑元件20的内孔34的螺纹部92允许冲头12的方便调整,以补偿冲头12缩短的长度。具体地,冲头12螺接到内孔34的螺纹部92,使得在由压杆44移动之前,冲头12碰到或靠近工件14,如图1中所示。通过将冲头12的第一端90旋拧进内孔34来调整冲头12,使得冲头12越短,则越少的内孔34的螺纹部92与冲头12接合。

适于支撑冲头的冲头支撑元件,其包括头部分和从所述头部分延伸的主要部分,所述主要部分具有凹面;
连接到所述冲头支撑元件的锁紧元件,其中所述冲头支撑元件相对于所述锁紧元件可滑动;
布置在所述冲头支撑元件的所述主要部分与所述锁紧元件之间的连接元件,所述连接元件的一部分与所述凹面相接合;以及
支撑在所述冲头支撑元件的所述头部分与所述锁紧元件之间的偏压元件,
由此所述冲头支撑元件能在至少第一位置与第二位置之间相对于所述连接元件移动。

12.一种用于冲孔装置的偏压组件,包括:
适于支撑冲头的冲头支撑元件,其包括头部分和从所述头部分延伸的主要部分,所述主要部分具有凹面,所述冲头支撑元件包括适于接纳冲头的内孔;
连接到所述冲头支撑元件的套环,所述冲头支撑元件相对于所述套环可滑动;
布置在所述冲头支撑元件的所述主要部分与所述套环之间的环形夹子,所述夹子与所述凹面相接合;以及
支撑在所述冲头支撑元件的所述头部分与所述套环之间的弹簧,
由此所述冲头支撑元件能在至少第一位置与第二位置之间相对于所述连接元件移动。
13.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述套环包括接纳所述夹子的径向内槽。
14.如权利要求13所述的偏压组件,其中
所述套环包括从所述套环的外周延伸至所述内槽的通道,以允许将所述夹子穿过所述通道插入所述内槽。
15.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述冲头支撑元件为整体式单件元件。
16.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述冲头支撑元件的所述主要部分包括外止动表面;并且
所述套环包括内止动表面,所述内止动表面和外止动表面基本上是平坦的并且彼此相接触,从而基本上防止了所述冲头支撑元件与所述套环相对于彼此的转动。
17.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述冲头可螺旋地接合所述冲头支撑元件的所述内孔。
18.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述凹面绕所述冲头支撑元件的所述主要部分的外周延伸;并且所述夹子与所述凹面相接合。
19.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述主要部分基本上为管状,所述头部分基本上为盘状,所述主要部分和头部分具有连续的内孔。
20.如权利要求12所述的偏压组件,其中
所述弹簧抵靠所述冲头元件的所述头部分并抵靠所述套环。
