Description

スタッドのためのハウジングを成形できるピンを受け入れるようになった場所の各々に位置する円筒形空間内に含まれるライニングの材料及び薄片の材料を穴あけにより半径方向に除去し、
穴あけを行う前に、穴あけ作業を実施した後に溶融させられる熱硬化性樹脂(T)をライニングの内側に取り付けられた状態で位置決めされた薄片相互間に且つ穴あけが行われるべき箇所に注ぎ、
前もって得られている穴の中にインサートを位置決めする第2のステップを実施する。

Claims (4)
- スタッド及び切り込みが設けられているトレッドブロックを備えたタイヤの製造向けのモールドライナー(G)を製作する方法であって、
前記トレッドブロックを成形する前記ライナーの部分に、形状及び長さλが実質的に等しい薄片(L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6)を位置決めすることによりモールドライナーを製作するステップと、
前記スタッドのためのハウジングを成形できるピン(P)を受け入れるようになった場所の各々に位置する円筒形空間内に含まれている前記ライナー(G)の材料及び前記薄片(L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6)の材料を、穴あけにより半径方向に除去するステップと、
前記ピンを支持するインサート(I)を前もって得られた穴内に位置決めするステップと、を有する方法において、
穴あけを実施する前に、前記穴あけ作業を実施した後に溶融させられる材料(T)を前記ライナーの内側に位置決めされた薄片相互間かつ前記穴あけが行われるべき箇所に注ぐ、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 穴あけにより前記穴を前記薄片が配置された前記ライナーの内側に向かって、前記ライナーの内側の反対側から形成する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 取り外し可能なインサート(I)を用いる、
請求項1又は2の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記薄片が配置された前記ライナー(G)の内側に半径方向に位置決めされた前記インサート(I)の表面上にパターンをマーク付けする、
請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
