Claims (16)
- 高負荷歯車を持つ作動可能な伝動装置であって、そのハウジングが潤滑兼冷却剤を収容する溜めを形成し、この溜めの中へ歯車が没入しているものにおいて、ハウジングが、潤滑兼冷却剤として、水と少なくとも2つの水酸基を持つ脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物との混合物を収容し、この混合物中に50μm以下の粒度を持つ黒鉛粒子が懸濁されていることを特徴とする、作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が、25〜75重量%の脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物、20μm以下の粒度を持つ薄片状黒鉛粒子の形の1〜30重量%の黒鉛、残部として水及びそのほかの混和物及び/又は添加物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が、40〜60重量%の脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物、12μm以下の粒度を持つ薄片状黒鉛粒子の形の2〜20重量%の黒鉛、残部として水及びそのほかの混和物及び/又は添加物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤がそのほかの添加物として分散添加剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤中の分散添加剤の濃度が、重量%で炭素粒子の濃度の半分ないし濃度とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤がそのほかの添加物として泡止め剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が更にそのほかの添加物として防食剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作動可能な伝動装置。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤を収容しかつ歯車が没入する溜めを形成するハウジングを持ちかつ高負荷歯車を持つ伝動装置用作動液体において、ハウジングが、潤滑兼冷却剤として、水と少なくとも2つの水酸基を持つ脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物との混合物を収容し、この混合物中に50μm以下の粒度を持つ黒鉛粒子が懸濁されていることを特徴とする、作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が、25〜75重量%の脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物、20μm以下の粒度を持つ薄片状黒鉛粒子の形の1〜30重量%の黒鉛、残部として水及びそのほかの混和物及び/又は添加物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が、40〜60重量%の脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む化合物、12μm以下の粒度を持つ薄片状黒鉛粒子の形の2〜20重量%の黒鉛、残部として水及びそのほかの混和物及び/又は添加物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤がそのほかの添加物として分散添加剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤中の分散添加剤の濃度が、重量%で炭素粒子の濃度の半分ないし濃度とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤がそのほかの添加物として泡止め剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の作動液体。
- 潤滑兼冷却剤が更にそのほかの添加物として防食剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の作動液体。
- 乾いている伝動装置から始まって、次の段階で伝動装置を初めて作動開始する方法において、
a)水と、少なくとも2つの水酸基を持つ脂肪族炭化水素又はこのような炭化水素を含む 化合物と、黒鉛粒子とを、伝動装置外の容器において混合し、
b)歯車の少なくとも1つが潤滑兼冷却剤の中へ没入するまで、請求項1に記載の潤滑兼 冷却剤を伝動装置に満たし、
c)すべての歯車が潤滑兼冷却剤でぬらされるまで、伝動装置を負荷なしに空転させ、そ の際歯車上に安定した潤滑膜が形成されているようにする
方法。 - 段階a)として、請求項1に記載の潤滑兼冷却剤を、少なくとも1つ軸線のレベルを越えるまで伝動装置に満たし、その際潤滑兼冷却剤が5〜20重量%の黒鉛を含むようにし、段階b)により、潤滑兼冷却剤を少なくとも一部排出し、請求項1に記載の潤滑兼冷却剤を、作動レベルまで伝動装置に満たし、その潤滑兼冷却剤が場合によっては残留量に応じて減少される黒鉛粒子の含有量を含むようにすることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の伝動装置を初めて作動開始する方法。
