Claims (12)
- 缶、電極組立体、キャップ組立体およびキャッププレートを含むベアセルと、
前記ベアセル上に位置する保護回路モジュールと、
前記保護回路モジュールは金属からなる保護回路基板を含む、二次電池であって、
前記保護回路基板は、前記キャッププレートと面接触することにより、前記保護回路基板と前記ベアセルとが、電気的に接続されること、を特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記キャップ組立体は、
第1端子孔を有する前記キャッププレートと、
前記第1端子孔に挿通される電極端子と、
前記電極端子と前記キャッププレートとの間に位置するガスケットと、を含み、
前記保護回路モジュールは、
前記保護回路基板上に位置する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上に位置する充放電端子および保護回路部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子および前記ガスケットと対応する前記保護回路基板には、前記電極端子および前記ガスケットが挿通される第2端子孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板は、前記キャッププレートの上面に安着することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットは、前記第2端子孔の内側と接触することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、前記第2端子孔の内側と離隔されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層上には、前記電極端子と電気的に接続される負極リードプレートが位置することを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板は、両側部が前記キャッププレートの両側部と溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板はアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層はエポキシ材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項2〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板の下部面の両側部には突出部がさらに形成され、前記キャッププレートの両側には前記突出部と嵌合する嵌合孔がさらに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部と前記嵌合孔は押し込み嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
