Claims (9)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 세퍼레이터가 권취되는 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체 및 전해액이 수용되는 캔과 일측에 전해액주입구가 형성되는 캡플레이트가 구비되고, 상기 캡플레이트의 상면에 전해액주입구에 리드플레이트가 용접되며, 상기 캔의 상단개구부를 밀봉하는 캡조립체 및 상기 캡조립체에 전기적으로 결합되는 보호회로기판을 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡플레이트의 상면에서 전해액주입구의 주위에 상기 리드플레이트가 안착가능하도록 위치고정부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 상기 리드플레이트의 네모서리부가 안착되는 'ㄱ'자형의 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 상기 리드플레이트의 네모서리부가 안착되는 파단형 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 서로 마주보는 모서리부에만 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 상기 리드플레이트의 네 변을 둘러싸도록 벽형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 상기 리드플레이트의 네 변에 형성되는 일자형 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 상기 리드플레이트의 네 변에 형성되는 엠보싱 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 네 변의 중앙에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부는 네 변의 일측에 치우치게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
