Claims (7)
- キャッププレートを備えたベアセルと、前記ベアセルの上部に電気的に接続された保護回路モジュールと、前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールとの間に形成された間隙に充填されてモールドされた成形樹脂部とを備えた二次電池において、
前記キャッププレートの片側に固定されてリベット通孔が形成された支持プレート部と、
前記支持プレート部の一端に一体となって形成されて前記保護回路モジュールの方向に一定の角度で折り曲げられて突設された樹脂固定部と、
前記リベット通孔を貫通して前記支持プレート部を前記キャッププレートに固定するリベット結合部とから構成された固定強化部材を含み、
前記樹脂固定部は、少なくとも1つ以上の樹脂支持孔が形成され、前記樹脂支持孔は貫通した樹脂がモールドされて前記成形樹脂部を支持することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記固定強化部材は、
前記リベット結合部が前記キャッププレートの片側に一体となって形成され、その上部が圧着される突出部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固定強化部材は、
前記樹脂固定部が前記支持プレート部に対して直角に折り曲げられて‘L’字状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固定強化部材は、
前記樹脂固定部が前記支持プレート部を基準に鋭角に折り曲げられて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固定強化部材は、
前記樹脂固定部が前記支持プレート部を基準に鈍角に折り曲げられて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固定強化部材は、
前記支持プレート部の垂直二等分面を軸にして前記樹脂固定部が前記支持プレート部の他端にも対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - キャッププレートを備えたベアセルと、前記ベアセルの上部に電気的に接続された保護回路モジュールと、前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールとの間に形成された間隙に充填されてモールドされた成形樹脂部とを備えた二次電池において、
前記キャッププレートの片側に前記保護回路モジュールの方向に突設され、前記成形樹脂部を形成する樹脂が貫通してモールドされる少なくとも1つ以上の樹脂支持孔が形成された樹脂固定部と、
前記樹脂固定部の底面に形成されて前記キャッププレートに固定されるリベット結合部と
から構成された固定強化部材を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。
