Claims (9)
- 負極板と正極板との間にセパレータが介されて巻き取られた電極組立体、前記電極組立体及び電解液を受け入れる缶、ならびに前記缶の開口部を封止し、一側にリードプレートが熔接されるキャッププレートを含むキャップ組立体を備える電池本体と、前記電池本体に電気的に結合する保護回路基板と、を含む二次電池であって、
前記リードプレートは、底面と前記底面の端部から上方に延びて形成される側壁を備え、前記側壁は所定の位置に補強溝を備えることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記側壁は、少なくとも1つ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強溝は、前記側壁の一端において、当該側壁の下段と上段との間の所定の位置に少なくとも1つ形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強溝は、前記側壁の他端において、当該側壁の下段と上段との間の所定の位置に少なくとも1つ追加形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強溝は、矩形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強溝は、三角形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強溝は、前記側壁の内側に突出して、少なくとも1つ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードプレートは、ニッケル、または、ニッケル合金で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードプレートは、0.05ないし0.45mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の二次電池。
