Description
前記充放電端子4200は、保護回路部及び導電性金属パターンと電気的に連結されて、外部器機との電気的通路を提供することができる。
したがって、第1突出部3360はプレッシングによって上部が平たく圧縮されながら、第1サブホール4360bで第1突出部3360によって結合されなかった部分にも第1突出部3360の一定部分が形成されることができる。第1突出部3360はプレッシングによって圧着された後、第1サブホール4360bに位置する第1突起3361、第1ホール4360aに位置する第2突起3362で形成されるようになる。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つ以上の突出部が形成されたキャッププレートを含むベアセルと、
前記キャッププレート上に位置して前記ベアセルを保護する保護回路モジュールと、
前記キャッププレートと前記保護回路モジュールを電気的に連結するリードプレートと、
を備え、
前記突出部が前記キャッププレートから外側に延長されるように形成されて、前記リードプレートは前記突出部を収容する少なくとも一つ以上のホールを含んで、
前記突出部と前記ホールは前記保護回路モジュールを前記キャッププレートに固定させることができるように相互に結合される、二次電池であって、
前記突出部と前記ホールとの間には導電性接着剤がさらに塗布され、
前記突出部は、第1突起と、前記第1突起の下部に位置して、前記キャッププレートと結合された第2突起とを含んで、
前記第1突起の一面は前記第1突起の一面と対応する前記第2突起の一面を覆うように広く形成され、
前記リードプレートのホールは、前記第2突起の一側にスライディングされて挟まれることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記突出部は、断面がT字形状を有するように形成されて、前記リードプレートで前記ホールと隣接した一部は前記第1突起と前記キャッププレートとの間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の前記第2突起の厚みは、前記ホールの深さと同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の前記第2突起と前記ホールは、六面体形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の前記第1突起は、六面体形状または円板形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、第1突出部及び第2突出部を含んで、
前記リードプレートは前記第1突出部を収容する第1ホールを含む第1リードプレート及び前記第2突出部を収容する第2ホールを含む第2リードプレートを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1リードプレート及び前記第2リードプレートは、前記保護回路モジュールと前記キャッププレートを連結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び前記第2リードプレートのうちで少なくともいずれか一つは前記保護回路モジュールと前記キャッププレートを電気的に連結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の厚みは、前記ホールの深さより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の厚みは、前記ホールの深さ以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホールから突出された前記突出部の一部は、前記リードプレートで前記ホールと隣接した一部に圧着されて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードプレートで前記ホール上にはサブホールがさらに形成されて、前記ホールから突出された前記突出部の一部は前記サブホールに圧着されて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、前記キャッププレートと同一な材料でなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
