Claims (14)
- 절연기판, 상기 절연기판에 실장되는 전극탭 연결단자와 충/방전 단자 및 인쇄회로가 형성된 인쇄회로 패턴, 상기 인쇄회로 패턴에 접속되는 수동소자와 능동소자 및 보호회로를 포함하는 보호회로부 및, 상기 인쇄회로 패턴의 외곽부위에 형성된 정전기 흡수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정전기 흡수부는 인쇄회로 패턴의 그라운드 패턴과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로 패턴에는 검사단자가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정전기 흡수부는 도전체가 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 구리, 알루미늄, 니켈 및 스테인레스 스틸 가운데 어느 하나의 재질을 선택하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 도전성 페이스트로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 보호회로 기판.
- 양극탭이 접속된 양극판과, 음극탭이 접속된 음극판 및, 양극판과 음극판 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 적층 하여 형성된 전극조립체;상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 일 단부가 개구된 캔;상기 음극탭과 전기적으로 연결되는 전극단자와, 캔의 개구부를 마감하며 상기 양극탭과 전기적으로 연결되는 캡플레이트를 포함하는 캡조립체;상기 전극단자 및 캡플레이트와 전기적으로 접속된 리드 전극부;절연기판, 상기 절연기판에 실장되고 상기 리드 전극부와 전기적으로 접속되는 전극 접속부와 충/방전 단자 및 인쇄회로가 형성된 인쇄회로 패턴, 상기 인쇄회로 패턴에 접속된 복수 개의 저항 및 콘덴서를 포함하는 수동소자, 상기 인쇄회로 패턴에 접속된 보호 회로부, 상기 인쇄회로 패턴 가운데 적어도 일부는 외곽부위를 두르는 정전기 흡수부가 구비된 보호회로 기판; 및상기 충/방전 단자의 단자면이 노출되게 상기 보호회로 기판을 융융 수지로 몰딩하여 형성된 수지몰딩부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로 기판은 상기 인쇄회로 패턴과 전기적으로 연결되는 검사단자를 더 포함하여 형성되고,상기 수지몰딩부는 상기 검사단자의 단자면이 노출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 수지몰딩부에는 외측면에서부터 상기 정전기 흡수부까지 통과되는 홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 정전기 흡수부는 인쇄회로 패턴의 그라운드 패턴과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로 패턴에는 검사단자가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 정전기 흡수부는 도전체가 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 구리, 알루미늄, 니켈 및 스테인레스 스틸 가운데 어느 하나의 재질을 선택하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
