Description
Claims (5)
- イメージガイドファイバーと、前記イメージガイドファイバーの基端部を被覆するイメージガイドロッドとからなるイメージガイドと、
ライトガイドファイバーと、前記ライトガイドファイバーの基端部を被覆するライトガイドロッドとからなるライトガイドと、
前記イメージガイドと、前記ライトガイドとの基端側部分を間隔を保たせて平行にした状態で固定するプラグ本体と
で構成され、内視鏡の基端部に取り付けられたプラグを、内視鏡装置の本体側に設けられたソケットに接続して構成される内視鏡の接続構造であって、
前記ソケットが、前記イメージガイドと前記ライトガイドとがそれぞれ挿入される2個の挿入孔を備えており、前記2個の挿入孔における前記プラグと対向する部分が前記ライトガイドと前記イメージガイドとを受け入れる導入用の嵌め込み孔で構成され、前記2個の挿入孔における前記内視鏡装置の本体側部分が前記ライトガイドと前記イメージガイドとの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔で構成され、
前記イメージガイドの外径と前記イメージガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔の直径とが略同じであって、前記イメージガイドの軸心を前記イメージガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔の中心に合わせて前記イメージガイドを前記イメージガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔に挿入できるとともに、前記ライトガイドの外径が前記ライトガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔の直径よりも小さく、前記ライトガイドと前記ライトガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔との間に隙間をもたせて前記ライトガイドを前記ライトガイドの位置を規制する位置合わせ孔に挿入できるようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡の接続構造。 - 前記プラグ本体が、前記イメージガイドロッドと前記ライトガイドロッドとを固定するロッド固定部と、前記イメージガイドファイバーと前記ライトガイドファイバーとを収納するファイバー収納部とで構成されている請求項1に記載の内視鏡の接続構造。
- 前記ライトガイドロッドの外径と、前記イメージガイドロッドの外径とが異なるようにした請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡の接続構造。
- 前記嵌め込み孔の内径が前記プラグと対向する開口側から前記位置合わせ孔側にいくほど小さくなるようにして、前記位置合わせ孔の内径が前記嵌め込み孔の前記位置合わせ孔側の端部の内径と同じになるようにした請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の内視鏡の接続構造。
- 前記プラグに、基端側が前記プラグ本体の基端部に連結された係合部で構成され、先端側が前記係合部よりも幅の小さな押圧部で構成されて前記プラグ本体から離れるようにして形成された弾性係合片を設けるとともに、前記ソケットに、前記係合部が挿通できる幅の幅広孔と、前記幅広孔と連続し前記押圧部が挿通できる幅の幅狭孔とで構成される被係合孔を備えた係合壁部を設け、前記ソケットに前記プラグを嵌合させるときに、前記係合部が前記幅広孔の縁部に押圧されて前記プラグ本体側に付勢され、前記係合部が前記幅広孔を通過したときに前記プラグ本体から離れて、前記押圧部が前記幅狭孔内に位置し、前記係合部が前記幅狭孔の縁部に係合するようにした請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか一つに記載の内視鏡の接続構造。
