Claims (15)
- 熱源部と、
前記熱源部の一端から熱源部燃料を受けて酸化させるための第1燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の他端から燃料極排出ガス(AOG)を受けて酸化させるための第2燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第1改質部、前記第1改質部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第2改質部、並びに前記第1改質部と前記第2改質部とをそれぞれの前記他端の側において流体疎通可能に連結する連結空間部を備える改質部と、
前記連結空間部と前記第2燃焼器との間に位置する放熱シールドと
を備え、
前記第2燃焼器は、前記熱源部に燃料極排出ガスを排出するためのノズルを備え、
前記連結空間部は、前記ノズルの少なくとも一領域と重なり、
前記放熱シールドは、前記ノズルの少なくとも一領域と重なり、
前記放熱シールドは、前記第2燃焼器に対向する前記連結空間部の最内側壁の表面に接して装着されることを特徴とする改質器。 - 前記放熱シールドは、前記第2燃焼器に対向する前記連結空間部の最内側壁の外周面にスポット溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、熱膨張による変形を防止するためのブレードをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記ブレードは、前記連結空間部内において前記熱源部の中心軸に対して直径方向に沿って延長し、前記連結空間部の最内側壁の表面と下板との間に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2燃焼器は、前記熱源部の中心軸に垂直な方向に燃料極排出ガスを放出するノズルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第1改質部は、水蒸気改質反応を行う第1空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2改質部は、水性ガス転換反応を行う第2空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部または前記第2改質部の少なくともいずれか1つの外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部及び前記第2改質部の外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 熱源部と、
前記熱源部の一端から熱源部燃料を受けて酸化させるための第1燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の他端から燃料極排出ガス(AOG)を受けて酸化させるための第2燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第1改質部、前記第1改質部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第2改質部、並びに前記第1改質部と前記第2改質部とをそれぞれの前記他端の側において流体疎通可能に連結する連結空間部を備える改質部と
を備え、
前記連結空間部は、熱膨張による変形を防止するためのブレードを備え、
前記第2燃焼器は、前記熱源部に燃料極排出ガスを排出するためのノズルを備え、
前記連結空間部は、前記ノズルの少なくとも一領域と重なり、
前記ブレードは、前記連結空間部内において前記熱源部の中心軸に対して直径方向に沿って延長し、前記連結空間部の最内側壁の表面と下板との間に固定されることを特徴とする改質器。 - 前記燃料極排出ガスは、前記熱源部の中心軸に垂直な方向に放出されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の改質器。
- 前記第1改質部は、水蒸気改質反応を行う第1空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2改質部は、水性ガス転換反応を行う第2空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部または前記第2改質部の少なくともいずれか1つの外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部及び前記第2改質部の外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の改質器。
