Description
本発明は、請求項1のプレアンブルに記載の接合方法、請求項9記載のプレセラミックポリマーの使用並びに請求項10のプレアンブルに記載の少なくとも2つの接合パートナーからなる複合体に関する。
技術的課題
故に、セラミック接合パートナーを、少なくとも1つの第二接合パートナーと接合するための代替的な接合方法を提案するという課題が本発明の基礎となっており、その際に、前記接合方法を用いて、前記接合パートナーが好ましくは1000℃を下回るプロセス温度でも既に互いに結合可能である。さらに、前記課題は、少なくとも2つの接合パートナーからなり、相応して改善された複合体を提案することにある。
この課題は、請求項1の特徴を有する接合方法に関して、及び請求項10の特徴を有する少なくとも2つの接合パートナーからなる複合体に関して、解決される。本発明の有利なさらなる形態は、従属請求項に記載されている。本発明の範囲内で、明細書、特許請求の範囲及び/図面に開示された特徴のうち、少なくとも2つからの全ての組合せも含む。繰り返しを避けるために、専ら方法により開示された特徴は、装置により開示された特徴ともみなされるべきであり、かつ保護が請求可能であるべきである。同じように、専ら装置により開示された特徴は、方法により開示された特徴であるとみなされるべきであり、かつ保護が請求可能であるべきである。

これらは前記プレセラミックポリマーの性質に関して並びにそれらの製造に関して本明細書の開示の対象となるので、そこに記載されたポリマー及び相応する製造方法は、本明細書の特徴に関連して保護が請求可能であるべきである。
図1には、2つの接合パートナー間に設けられたプレセラミックポリマー(前駆物質)、特に有機金属化合物で好ましくは変性されているポリシラザンを加熱する際の反応経過が示されている。約120℃〜約300℃の範囲内の温度で、前記プレセラミックポリマーは架橋するので、前記接合領域は安定化される。それを上回る約350℃〜約800℃の温度範囲内で、架橋されたプレセラミックポリマーは、高強度の無定形セラミック材料に熱分解する。前記無定形セラミック材料に追加的に又は選択的に、結晶質セラミック材料が得られるべきである用途の場合には、前記接合領域は、約1200℃〜約1500℃の範囲の温度に加熱されなければならない。本発明の範囲内で、示された温度範囲内で、温度休止を順守することである。選択的に、前記接合領域を、無定形又は結晶質のセラミック材料を得るために所望の温度へ直接加熱することが考えられる。
Claims (8)
- 第一セラミック接合パートナー(2)を、種類の異なるセラミック材料又は金属である少なくとも1つの第二接合パートナー(3)と接合する方法であって、
次の工程:
・少なくとも1つのプレセラミックポリマー(4)を前記の第一及び/又は第二の接合パートナー(2、3)上で接合領域(7)内に施与し、前記プレセラミックポリマー(4)は少なくとも1つのポリシラザンであり;
・前記接合パートナー(2、3)を前記接合領域(7)内で一緒にし;
・前記接合領域(7)を加熱して、前記プレセラミックポリマー(4)を、前記接合パートナー(2、3)を互いに堅固に結合する無定形及び/又は結晶質のセラミックへ変換させる工程を有し、
前記接合領域(7)及び前記の第一及び/又は第二の接合パートナー(2、3)のすぐ隣接した領域の局所的のみの加熱を行う
ことを特徴とする、接合方法。 - 前記接合領域(7)を約300℃〜約800℃の温度範囲の温度に加熱する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域(7)を約1200℃〜約1500℃の温度範囲の温度に加熱する、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域(7)及び前記の第一及び/又は第二の接合パートナー(2、3)のすぐ隣接した領域の局所的のみの加熱を、温度制御されて行う、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域(7)及び前記の第一及び/又は第二の接合パートナー(2、3)のすぐ隣接した領域の局所的のみの加熱を、高温計を使用して行う、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域(7)を加熱するために、レーザー光線(6)を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域(7)を加熱するために、レーザースキャナーを使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記プレセラミックポリマー(4)を、液状の形で及び/又はキャリア液体との懸濁液として使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
