Description
Claims (20)
- 油が通って流れる油層部と、
空気流路内に延在するフィンであって油層部の第1の面に油と伝熱連通して配置されたフィンと、
空気流路内に存在する騒音を低減する防音ライニングであって油層部の第1の面とは反対側の第2の面に配置された防音ライニングと、
油層部を通って延在する騒音伝達管であって空気流路内に存在する騒音を防音ライニングに伝達する騒音伝達管と、
を備えることを特徴とする表面冷却器。 - フィンに結合されかつ油層部を通って延在する伝熱ピンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面冷却器。
- 油層部を補強するように配置されたリガメントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面冷却器。
- リガメントは、斜めに、直列に、および直交流形の配置でのうち少なくとも1つで配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の表面冷却器。
- フィンは、横棒によって支持された冷却フィンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面冷却器。
- 横棒は、空気流路に沿った空気流の方向に対して偏倚していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の表面冷却器。
- 防音ライニングは、ハニカム構造で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面冷却器。
- 防音ライニングは、閉容積部構造で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面冷却器。
- 貫通孔を画成するように形成された第1および第2の隔離板であって油が通って流れる油層部の互いに反対側にある第1および第2の面にそれぞれ配置された第1および第2の隔離板と、
空気流路内に延在するフィンであって第1の隔離板の貫通孔から離れた位置で第1の隔離板に結合されたフィンと、
第2の隔離板に結合された防音ライニングであって第2の隔離板の貫通孔の周りに形成された複数のセルで形成された防音ライニングと、
油層部を通って延在する騒音伝達管であって第1および第2の隔離板の貫通孔と流体連通する騒音伝達管と、
を備えることを特徴とする表面冷却器。 - 第1および第2の隔離板は、互いに略平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 油の温度が比較的高い油層部の入口から油の温度が比較的低い油層部の出口へと油が油層部を通って流れることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 油層部を通って延在しかつ第1の隔離板に結合された伝熱ピンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 油層部を補強するように配置されたリガメントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- リガメントは、斜めに、直列に、および直交流形の配置でのうち少なくとも1つで配置されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の表面冷却器。
- フィンは、第1の隔離板に結合されかつ横棒によって支持された冷却フィンを備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 横棒は、空気流路に沿った空気流の方向に対して偏倚していることを特徴とする請求項15記載の表面冷却器。
- 第1の隔離板の貫通孔は、フィン間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 防音ライニングは、ハニカム構造で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 防音ライニングは、閉容積部構造で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
- 第2の隔離板の貫通孔は、実質的に複数のセルの各セルの中心に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の表面冷却器。
