一种降噪风冷冷凝器 技术领域
本发明涉及降噪技术领域,特别涉及一种降噪风冷冷凝器。
背景技术
冷凝器是制冷系统重要组成部分,主要起冷却作用。冷凝器分为风冷式和水冷式两种类型,即通常所说的“风冷”和“水冷”。风冷式冷凝器是以空气为冷却介质的冷凝器,它采用风机来加速空气流动,以增加空气的传热效果。风冷式冷凝器不需要冷却水,可节省供水所需的一切设备,使用安装方便,但是,风冷式冷凝器由于是利用风机带动冷凝器周围的加速流动,一方面由于风机的旋转对整个冷凝器以及外部箱体会产生震动作用,从而产生噪声,另外一方面,进风口以及出风后的空气快速流动会产生极大的噪音,而传统的风冷式冷凝器一般采取箱体内整体的隔音棉,并不能很好的降低进出风口的噪音。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种降噪风冷冷凝器,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种降噪风冷冷凝器,包括箱体,所述箱体底部设有承托机构,所述箱体正面设有降噪箱,所述箱体一侧设有进气口,所述进气口下方箱体上设有排水口,所述箱体另一侧设有拉门。
优选的,所述箱体内顶部两侧分别设有一号固定块,所述箱体底部两侧分别设有二号固定块,所述一号固定块与二号固定块之间设有冷凝器,所述冷凝器顶面与箱体顶部设有若干个压紧机构,所述箱体内一侧设有进风机构,所述箱体另一侧设有排风扇。
优选的,所述承托机构在箱体底部设有固定槽,所述固定槽下方设有三号固定块,所述三号固定块通过弹簧连接固定在固定槽内,,所述三号固定块正面下方设有限位块,所述三号固定块下方设有四号固定块,所述四号固定块上方设有一号卡槽且三号固定块穿插固定在一号卡槽内,所述四号固定块底部设有二号卡槽,所述二号卡槽内设有连接柱,所述连接柱下方设有减震垫。
优选的,所述降噪箱包含一号连接板、二号连接板、三号连接板与四号连接板,所述一号连接板与二号连接板之间设有一号通风管,所述二号连接板上下两侧分别开设有通风孔,所述二号连接板一侧设有二号通风管且二号通风管穿过三号连接板固定连接在四号连接板上,所述四号连接板四周面板上设有防尘网。
优选的,所述降噪箱内设有钢丝网,所述钢丝网与降噪箱内壁之间设有吸音棉。
优选的,进风机构在箱体背部上下两侧分别设有进风口,两个进风口之间设有风道。
优选的,所述压紧机构包含五号固定块与螺栓,所述五号固定块固定连接在箱体上,所述螺栓穿过箱体固定在五号固定块中,所述螺栓底部设有减震垫。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中,通过在传统的冷凝器排风口设置一个降噪箱,通过几个不同长度的隔室组成,这些隔室用通风管相连接,通过管子和各腔室截面积的突变、排气的转向,使声波来回传递叠加,同时当声波在降噪箱内反射运动时,也会被降噪箱内壁上的吸音棉吸收一部分声波,达到降噪的效果,同时在传统的进风处设置的两个进风口将空气流顺着风道进入到冷凝器内,并利用风道两侧的吸音棉进行吸音,另外通过承托机构的减震作用,达到在主要噪声源降噪的过程。

需要说明的是,本发明为一种降噪风冷冷凝器,在使用时,先将承托机构2上的四号固定块15向一侧掰开,当四号固定块15掰到一定位置时,受到三号固定块13上的限位块14阻挡后利用箱体1的重量压紧固定并呈八字形,更加稳固,同时利用固定槽12与三号固定块13之间的弹簧来抵消排风扇11运转时的产生的震动,并同时通过连接柱18底部的减震垫19来起到与地面增加摩擦力与减震的效果,使得机械运动产生的震动噪声大幅度下降,当排风扇11启动后,将箱体1的空气通过降噪箱3向外加速排放,当空气流通过风道31时,产生的气流噪声会被风道31内的吸音棉29进行吸收达到进风口30降噪的目的,当空气流被排风扇11排到降噪箱3内时,空气流会先经过一号通风管21,随后受到二号连接板22的阻挡,截面突变,空气流顺着二号连接板22上下两侧的通风孔23至二号连接板22与三号连接板24之间的腔体内,由于空气流受到三号连接板24的阻挡,会顺着二号通气管25至三号连接板24与四号连接板26之间的腔体内,并通过防尘网27排放至外部,同时当空气流在降噪箱3内反射运动时,也会被降噪箱3内壁上的吸音棉29吸收一部分声波,当箱体1内冷凝器9需要更换维修时,只需要将拉门打开,将箱体1顶面的螺栓34旋出,进而带动减震垫19向上松开,然后将冷凝器9抽出进行更换维修,更换维修完成后激昂冷凝器9顺着箱体1底部两侧的二号固定块8推入,当冷凝器9完全放入箱体1后,将螺栓34向下旋紧进而带动减震垫挤住冷凝器9,达到固定作用。
