Claims (10)
- 自動車のシート用のクッション要素(21)を製造する方法であって、
通気性のある成形体を形成するために結合剤を用いて接着された繊維と、前記成形体の座面側に配置され、前記繊維と前記座面を所定の間隔をあけて結合する薄板状のスペーサ構成要素(18)とから構成され、
前記薄板状のスペーサ構成要素(18)は、開放された鋳型(2)の空洞内に据えられ、繊維が散布され、結合剤が噴霧され、その後に前記鋳型を閉じることによって圧縮され、前記繊維と前記スペーサ構成要素(18)は、前記結合剤によって互いに直接接着され、
前記鋳型(2)を閉じた後に、前記結合剤を乾燥させるために前記空洞内に空気が吹き込まれ、前記空気は前記スペーサ構成要素(18)を通って前記結合剤によって接着された前記繊維からなる層(20)に沿って該繊維からなる層(20)に平行に流れるようにされることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記薄板状のスペーサ構成要素(18)は、スペーサファブリックとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 圧縮されていない状態の前記スペーサ構成要素(18)は、5〜15mm又は10mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤は、液体の形態で塗布され得る天然又は合成ラテックスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維は、少なくとも一部分が天然素材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維は、少なくとも一部分がコイア、亜麻又は動物の剛毛から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維は、5〜15cm、7.5〜12.5cm及び10cmのいずれか1つの長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 撚られた撚り糸(16)の形態で供給された前記繊維が、前記鋳型(2)の中に散布される前に、前記撚り糸(16)の撚りを戻すことによって分離されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 繊維及び/又は結合剤は、ロボット(4)を用いて、前記鋳型(2)に自動的に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記空気は、吹き込まれる前に、乾燥及び/又は加熱されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
