Description
(b)7〜約65容量パーセントのフッ化カルシウム;
(c)2〜50容量パーセントのガラスフレーク
を含む、熱伝導性ポリマー組成物であって、(c)対(b)の容量比が10対90〜70対30であり、
この百分率が組成物の総容量を基準にしている組成物。
表1に示すポリマー組成物は、32mmのWerner and Pfleiderer二軸スクリュー押出機で配合することによって調製した。繊維を下流バレル中へ側方供給したことを除いて全成分を一緒にブレンドし、押出機の後方に加えた。バレル温度を約320℃に設定した。
成形流れ方向(MD)および横方向(TD)のCLTEは、ASTM D696方法を用いて−40〜180℃の温度範囲でISO棒のほぼ中央部分に関して測定した。
HTN−1は、Zytel(登録商標)HTN501、E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Co.(Wilmington,DE)によって製造されるポリアミド6TDTを意味する。
(1) (a)約25〜約75容量パーセントのポリマー;
(b)約7〜約65容量パーセントのフッ化カルシウム;
(c)約2〜約50容量パーセントのガラスフレーク
を含む、熱伝導性ポリマー組成物であって、(c)対(b)の容量比が10対90〜70対30であり、
この百分率が組成物の総容量を基準にしている組成物。
(2) 前記ポリマーが熱可塑性ポリマーである(1)に記載の組成物。
(3) 前記ポリマーがポリエステル、ポリアミドおよび液晶ポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である(2)に記載の組成物。
(4) (1)に記載の組成物から製造された物品。
(5) (1)に記載の組成物で製造された金属/ポリマーハイブリッド品。
(6) (1)に記載の組成物でできたモーターまたは発電機の固定子鉄心の絶縁体。
(7) (1)に記載の組成物で封入された固定子アセンブリ。
(8) 0.01〜約15容量パーセントの少なくとも1種のポリマー強化剤をさらに含む(1)に記載の組成物。
(9) 前記ポリマーが熱可塑性ポリマーである(8)に記載の組成物。
(10) 前記ポリマーがポリエステル、ポリアミドおよび液晶ポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である(9)に記載の組成物。
(11) 前記ポリマー強化剤が、組成物の総重量を基準にして、約2〜約20容量パーセントで存在する(8)に記載の組成物。
(12) (8)に記載の組成物から製造された物品。
(13) (8)に記載の組成物で製造された金属/ポリマーハイブリッド品。
(14) (8)に記載の組成物でできたモーターまたは発電機の固定子鉄心の絶縁体。
(15) (8)に記載の組成物で封入された固定子アセンブリ。

- (a)25〜75容量パーセントのポリマー;
(b)7〜65容量パーセントのフッ化カルシウム;
(c)2〜50容量パーセントのガラスフレーク
を含む、熱伝導性ポリマー組成物であって、(c)対(b)の容量比が10対90〜70対30であり、
この百分率が組成物の総容量を基準にしている組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物から製造された物品。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物で製造された金属/ポリマーハイブリッド品。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物でできたモーターまたは発電機の固定子鉄心の絶縁体。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物で封入された固定子アセンブリ。
