Claims (17)
- 内燃機関のためのコンロッド(10)であって、ピストンピンを収容するためのコンロッド小端部の軸受け(20)と、クランクピンを収容するためのコンロッド大端部の軸受け(30)とを有しており、少なくとも一方の軸受け(20;30)が非円筒形の形状を有している形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも一方の軸受け(20;30)が、円筒形の内部輪郭を備える孔(22;32)に直接、固体潤滑剤粒子を含む樹脂を有するコーティング(23;33)が設けられることにより形成されており、該コーティング(23;33)が、前記孔(22;32)の円筒形の内部輪郭から外れただ円または成形孔として形成されており、

- ピストンピンを収容するためのコンロッド小端部の軸受け(20)およびクランクピンを収容するためのコンロッド大端部の軸受け(30)の少なくとも一方が非円筒形の形状を有する内燃機関のためのコンロッド(10)を製造する方法において、
少なくとも一方の軸受け(20;30)を形成するために、まず、円筒形の内部輪郭を有する孔(22;32)を製作し、引き続いて、この孔(22;32)の内面に直接、コーティング手段(40)により、固体潤滑剤粒子を含む樹脂を有するコーティング剤を被着し、結果として生じるコーティング(23;33)を、前記孔(22;32)の円筒形の内部輪郭から外れただ円または成形孔として形成し、
前記コーティング(23;33)内に、長手軸線(L)の方向で延びる通路(24;34)及び該通路から軸受け周方向で相互に反対方向に延びるポケット状の切欠き(25;35)として形成されたオイル集合室(24;34;25;35)を設け、
前記コーティングを、長手軸線(L)の開放端側に向けて厚みが減少したクラウニング形状に形成することを特徴とする、内燃機関のためのコンロッドを製造する方法。 - 前記だ円または成形孔、前記オイル集合室、及び前記クラウニング形状のうちの少なくとも1つを、コーティング手段(40)から放出されるコーティング剤の量の調節および/またはコーティング手段(40)の送りの調節により形成する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング剤を孔(22;32)の内面に、≦0.8μmの表面粗さRa(平均粗さ値)で被着する、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング剤を、孔(22;32)内に導入された回転するノズル(44)からの回転噴霧により被着する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記回転噴霧を、14000〜18000rpmのノズル(44)の回転速度で実施する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 孔(22;32)の内面をコーティング剤の被着前かつ/または被着中に予熱する、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 孔(22;32)の内面をコーティング剤の被着前かつ/または被着中に50℃〜80℃の温度まで予熱する、請求項14記載の方法。
- 熱により硬化可能なコーティング剤を使用し、被着終了直後に熱処理にかける、請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱により硬化可能なコーティング剤を使用し、被着終了直後に200℃の温度での熱処理にかける、請求項16記載の方法。
