Abstract
Description
−十分な潤滑安全性と摩損耐性とを達成するために、支承ソケットが不要となる。
ボス孔の滑り支承面の完全なコーティング:
公知にはボス孔3は機械的に完成加工され、ボス孔3の直径に相応して、前記表面粗さを有している。この場合、コーティング前のボス孔直径は、ピストンピンが30〜40μmの直径上の遊びを得るように選択される。ピストンのボスは、削り屑、粒子、加工オイルおよびそのような物が完全に除去されている状態に洗浄されている。
ボス孔の滑り支承面の部分的なコーティング:
ピストンはほぼ実施例1に基づき加工され洗浄される。
切り欠かれた潤滑溝を備えたボス孔の滑り支承面のコーティング:
ピストンはほぼ実施例1に基づき加工され洗浄される。公知にはボス4にピストンピンの潤滑オイル供給のための付加的な孔7(図1には示さず)が加工されている。
ボス孔の滑り支承面の偏心的なコーティング:
ピストンはほぼ実施例1に基づき加工され洗浄される。
Claims (16)
- 内燃機関に用いられるピストン(1)であって、ピストンピンを収容するための滑り支承面(5)を有するボス孔(3)が設けられており、滑り支承面(5)が、熱的に加工硬化された、固形潤滑剤粒子を含有する樹脂から成る、ピストン材料と直接結合された自己潤滑性のコーティング層(6)を有している形式のものにおいて、
樹脂がポリアミドイミドであり、固形潤滑剤粒子が、それぞれグラファイト、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、ヘキサ窒化ホウ素またはPTFEのいずれか1つの材料から成っているか、または2つの材料の混合物から成っていることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用いられるピストン。 - コーティング層(6)が、滑り支承面(5)の少なくとも部分領域に配置されている、請求項1記載のピストン。
- 滑り支承面のコーティング層が、50〜60質量%の固形潤滑剤粒子を含有しており、該固形潤滑剤粒子が、1〜3μmの粒子サイズを有している、請求項2記載のピストン。
- コーティング層の層肉厚が10〜15μmである、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載のピストン。
- 層肉厚が、プラス/マイナス1μmの公差を有している、請求項4記載のピストン。
- 特に内燃機関のピストン(1)のためのボス孔(3)の滑り支承面(5)をコーティングするための方法であって、
自己潤滑性のコーティング層(6)を、熱的に加工硬化された、固形潤滑剤粒子を含有する樹脂から、回転噴霧によって滑り支承面(5)に直に形成することを特徴とする、ピストンのボス孔をコーティングするための方法。 - 樹脂がポリアミドイミドであって、固形潤滑剤粒子を、それぞれグラファイト、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、ヘキサ窒化ホウ素またはPTFEのいずれか1つの材料から形成するか、または2つの材料の混合物から形成し、個々の成分と樹脂とから成る混合物を、滑りラッカとしてボス孔(3)の滑り支承面(5)に塗布する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 滑りラッカを、完全に脱脂され、洗浄されかつ削り屑と堆積物のないピストンの滑り支承面に、0,63μm(平均粗さ値)より小さな表面粗さRaで塗布する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 回転噴霧を、ボス孔(3)内に同心的に挿入する回転式のノズル(14)によって、10〜20mm/秒の送りにおいて実施する、請求項6から8までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 滑りラッカの噴霧を、1分間に14000〜18000回転のノズル(14)の回転速度において実施する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 滑りラッカを、滑り支承面(5)に対して垂直に吹きつける、請求項9記載の方法。
- ピストン(1)を、滑りラッカの回転噴霧前および回転噴霧中に予め加熱し、回転噴霧の終了後にピストンを、直接加熱処理する、請求項10記載の方法。
- ピストンの予加熱を、ピストン温度が50〜80℃に到達するまで行い、加熱処理を、10〜20分間、200℃の温度で行う、請求項11記載の方法。
- 滑りラッカの加工硬化後の層肉厚公差を、プラス/マイナス1μmになるようにする、請求項12記載の方法。
- コーティング層(6)の使用であって、該コーティング層(6)が、熱的に加工硬化された、固形潤滑剤粒子を含有する樹脂から形成され、滑り支承層として内燃機関のピストン(1)のボス孔(3)において使用されることを特徴とする、コーティング層の使用。
- 樹脂がポリアミドイミドであって、固形潤滑剤粒子が、それぞれグラファイト、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、ヘキサ窒化ホウ素またはPTFEのいずれか1つの材料から成っているか、または2つの材料の混合物から成っている、請求項15記載のコーティング層の使用。
