Description
本発明は、穴あき再帰性反射トリム、穴あき再帰性反射繊維、及び穴あき再帰性反射テープに関する。また本発明は、穴あき再帰性反射トリム、繊維、及びテープの製造方法に関する。便宜上、以下の本発明の説明において、穴あき再帰性反射トリムという用語を使用するが、穴あき再帰性反射トリムへの言及は、穴あき再帰性反射繊維または穴あき再帰性反射テープを含み、さらにその他の穴あき再帰性反射フレキシブル素材への言及であってもよいと認識すべきである。これらは本発明の原理の具体化から得られるだろう。
再帰性反射トリムはしばしば、消防士の衣類、建設作業員の衣類、道路・レール作業員の衣類、及びジョギングスーツのように、衣類の外層に付されて使用される。このような衣類は、高視認性安全衣類とみなすことができる。再帰性反射トリムを設ける理由は、暗い環境で到達した光を反射することで、このトリムが適用された衣類だけでなく、これらの衣類の着用者の視認性を高めるためである。
それゆえ、第1の側面において、本発明は穴あき再帰性反射トリムの製造方法を提供する。上記方法は、
第1及び第2の側面を有し、上記第1及び第2の側面を貫通する複数の開口とを有する基板を設けるステップと、
連続した再帰性反射層を上記基板の上記第2の側面に付着させるステップと、
上記再帰性反射トリムを提供するために上記基板の上記開口の内側に位置する上記再帰性反射層の部分を除去するステップとを含む。
上記基板の第1の側面上に裏当てを設けるステップと、
上記基板の第2の側面上に再帰性反射層を設けるステップと、
上記再帰性反射層の部分が上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着するように、上記基板の第2の側面と上記基板の上記開口の内側の上記裏当てとへ上記再帰性反射層を付着させるステップと、
上記穴あき再帰性反射トリムを得るために、上記基板の上記開口の内側の上記裏当てに付着した上記再帰性反射層の部分を上記再帰性反射層からはぎ取るために、上記基板から上記裏当てを取り去るステップと、を含む。
本発明について以下の図面を参照しながらさらに説明する。
反射トリム素材は本発明の方法を用いて提供された。上記方法は、58mmのポリエステルメッシュ基板を供給する工程と、基板の第1の側面にPVC裏当てを提供する工程と、基板の第2の側面に50mmの再帰性反射熱伝導フィルムを設ける工程と、110℃の温度に設定されたヒートプレスの中に基板、裏当て、及び再帰性反射熱伝導フィルムを積層したものを設置する工程と、上記の積層したものを15秒間加熱する工程とを含む。上記の積層したものは、取り出され、それから冷却された。冷却後、裏当ては取り去られ、穴あき再帰性反射トリムを提供するために、基板の開口の内側の裏当てに付着した再帰性反射層の部分ががはぎ取られた。穴あき再帰性反射トリムはそれから温度160℃に設定されたヒートプレスの中で25秒間加熱された。
Claims (20)
- 穴あき再帰性反射トリムの製造方法であって、
第1の側面及び第2の側面を有し、かつ上記第1の側面と第2の側面との間を貫通する複数の開口を有する基板を設けるステップと、
連続した再帰性反射層を上記基板の第2の側面に付着させるステップと、
上記穴あき再帰性反射トリムを得るために、上記基板の上記開口の内側に位置する上記再帰性反射層の部分を除去するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法であって、
上記連続した再帰性反射層を上記基板の第2の側面に付着させる上記ステップの前に、上記基板の第1の側面上に裏当てを設けるステップをさらに含み、
上記基板の第2の側面と上記基板の上記開口の内側の上記裏当てとに上記再帰性反射層を付着させ、
上記再帰性反射層の部分を上記基板の上記開口を通して裏当てに付着させることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の製造方法であって、
上記基板の上記開口の内側に位置する上記再帰性反射層の部分を除去する上記ステップは、
上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着した上記再帰性反射層の部分を、上記再帰性反射層から除去するために、上記基板の第1の側面から上記裏当てを取り去るステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 穴あき再帰性反射トリムの製造方法であって、
第1の側面及び第2の側面を有し、かつ上記第1の側面と第2の側面との間を貫通する複数の開口を有する基板を設けるステップと、
上記基板の第1の側面上に裏当てを設けるステップと、
上記基板の第2の側面上に再帰性反射層を設けるステップと、
上記再帰性反射層の部分が上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着するように、上記基板の第2の側面と上記基板の上記開口の内側の上記裏当てとに上記再帰性反射層を付着させるステップと、
上記穴あき再帰性反射トリムを得るために、上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着した上記再帰性反射層の部分を上記再帰性反射層からはぎ取るために、上記基板の第1の側面から上記裏当てを取り去るステップと、を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項3または4に記載の製造方法であって、
上記裏当てを取り去る上記ステップは、
上記穴あき再帰性反射トリムを得るために、上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着した上記再帰性反射層の部分を引き抜くために、上記基板の第1の側面から上記裏当てをはぎ取るステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法であって、
上記再帰性反射層を付着させる上記ステップは、上記再帰性反射層を熱ではり付けるステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法であって、
上記基板、上記裏当て及び再帰性反射層を設けるステップは、
連続的に上記基板、上記裏当て及び再帰性反射層を設けるステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の製造方法であって、
上記再帰性反射層を付着させる上記ステップは、
上記再帰性反射層の部分が、上記基板の上記開口を通して裏当てに連続的に付着するように、上記基板の第2の側面と上記基板の上記開口の内側の上記裏当てとに上記再帰性反射層を連続的に付着させるステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項8に記載の製造方法であって、
上記基板の第1の側面から上記裏当てを取り去る上記ステップは、
上記穴あき再帰性反射トリムを連続的に得るために、上記基板の上記開口を通して上記裏当てに付着した上記再帰性反射層の部分を、上記再帰性反射層から連続的にはぎ取るために、上記基板の第1の側面から上記裏当てを連続的に取り去るステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法であって、
上記再帰性反射層を上記基板の第2の側面に付着させる上記ステップは、
