Claims (11)
- 患者の身体に接触して設置されるよう構成された電極において、
前記電極が患者の身体に接触して設置される時に患者に面する第1の側を持った導電性の基板であって、かつその導電性の基板は該導電性の基板の第1の側面を貫通して該基板を貫通する複数の空間を有し、その状況で、前記空間は、電極が患者の身体に接触して設置される時に該空間を通して患者の身体の表面上の水分が逃げることを可能にするように分配されかつそのような大きさである導電性の基板と、
前記電極が患者の身体に接触して設置される時に患者の身体から前記導電性の基板を絶縁するように被覆又は層として前記導電性の基板の第1の側面に配置される薄い誘電体材料と、
を有することを特徴とする電極。 - 前記導電性の基板は1つの導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記導電性の基板は、隣接するセクションに対してセクションの制限された動きを可能にするという方法で、お互いに取り付けられる複数の分離セクションを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記導電性の基板は、少なくとも2mmだけ間隔を空けられた複数の概して平行なワイヤーを有し、前記薄い誘電体材料はワイヤーのそれぞれを囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記空間は少なくとも2mmの幅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記空間は少なくとも4mmの幅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記空間は最小で4平方mmである領域を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記空間は最小で16平方mmである領域を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記空間は、第1の場所での電極の全体フットプリントが第2の場所での電極の全体フットプリントに実質的に重なる状態で、電極が第1の場所にある時に覆われる前記患者の身体の表面のセグメントが、電極が第2の場所に動かされる時に覆われなくなることを可能にするパターンで配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- すべての空間の組み合わせた領域は、電極のフットプリントの領域のおよそ半分であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電極。
- 前記薄い誘電体材料は、少なくとも3、少なくとも1000又は少なくとも10000の誘電率を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
