Description
Claims (2)
- 送信機/受信機がアンテナに接続されている半二重通信の可能な送信機/受信機回路における電力消費を最小限に抑える方法であって、前記送信機/受信機と前記アンテナとの間に、前記アンテナを該アンテナのインピーダンスと一致するインピーダンス素子に接続したり非接続とする第1のFETと前記アンテナを接地に接続したり開放にする第2のFETとを有するスイッチング論理回路を備えており、
半二重サイクルにおけるリスニング段階の間に、前記スイッチング論理回路のインピーダンス素子を、前記第1のFETによって前記アンテナに接続してアンテナ負荷のインピーダンス特性を設定するステップと、
半二重サイクルにおける送信段階の間に、前記第1のFETによって前記インピーダンス素子を前記アンテナと接続または非接続にしたり、前記第2のFETによって前記アンテナを接地に接続したり開放することによって、開放インピーダンス特性と短絡インピーダンス特性と前記インピーダンス素子によるインピーダンス特性との間で前記アンテナ負荷のインピーダンス特性を変化させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 半二重通信の可能な送信機/受信機回路であって、
あるインピーダンスを有するアンテナと、
半二重送信機/受信機と、
前記アンテナと前記送信機/受信機との間に接続されたスイッチング論理回路であって、前記アンテナのインピーダンスと一致するインピーダンスを有するインピーダンス素子と、このインピーダンス素子を前記アンテナに接続したり非接続にする第1のFETと前記アンテナを接地に接続したり開放にする第2のFETとを有したスイッチング論理回路と
を備え、前記スイッチング論理回路が、
半二重サイクルにおけるリスニング段階の間に、前記インピーダンス素子を前記アンテナに接続して、前記アンテナのインピーダンスと一致するようにアンテナ負荷のインピーダンス特性を設定することと、
半二重サイクルにおける送信段階の間に、前記第1のFETによって前記インピーダンス素子を前記アンテナと接続または非接続にしたり、前記第2のFETによって前記アンテナを接地に接続したり開放することによって、開放インピーダンス特性と短絡インピーダンス特性と前記インピーダンス素子によるインピーダンス特性との間で前記アンテナ負荷のインピーダンス特性を変化させることと
を行うように構成されている、送信機/受信機回路。
