Claims (18)
- 曲げガラス板の強化装置であって、該装置は、装置を貫く所定の経路に沿ってガラス板を搬送する手段と、急冷ガスの噴流でガラス板を急冷するための一対の噴射ヘッドを具え、該噴射ヘッドは、所定の経路の上方及び下方に対向関係で配置された上側及び下側噴射ヘッドを具え、各噴射ヘッドは、急冷ガスを急冷ノズルの配列に送り、ここから急冷ガスの噴流を出すための複数の離間した細長プレナムを具え、急冷ノズルの長さがその直径よりも大きく、各プレナムの急冷ノズルは、急冷ガスの噴流を発散させるために互いに傾斜している装置において、
プレナムは曲げガラス板の搬送方向を横切って延び、急冷ノズル配列は少なくとも一つの方向に曲がっていることを特徴とする装置。 - 急冷ノズル配列は、プレナムの延在方向に曲がった線に沿って延びる急冷ノズルの列を具える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記急冷ノズルの列は、対応する方向において曲げガラス板の平均局所曲率に適合するように曲げられた線に沿って延びる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 搬送方向に連続するプレナムは、ノズルの高さにおける輪郭が搬送方向に曲げられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- プレナムの輪郭は、搬送方向において曲げガラス板の平均局所曲率に適合するよう曲げられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 噴射ヘッドは、互いに対して前後に移動可能なように配置される、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 装置は搬送方向に平行な中心線を有し、下側噴射ヘッドの連続するプレナムが、中心線から下方に傾斜した面をつなぐことにより、互いに接続される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 上側噴射ヘッドの連続するプレナムが、中心線に向かって下方に傾斜する面をつなぐことにより、互いに接続され、上側及び下側噴射ヘッドの接続面が中心線から分岐する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 急冷ノズルはノズルバーの穿孔として形成されており、ノズルの出口はバーの表面と同一の高さであり、少なくとも一つのかかるバーが、曲げガラス板の搬送路に最も近い端部において各プレナムに組み入れられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 穿孔は部分的に円筒形で、部分的に円錐形であり、円錐部が入口端である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 穿孔の円筒部の長さが円錐部の長さ以上である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- ノズルバーが非金属である、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 曲げガラス板の強化方法であって、請求項1に記載の装置を貫く所定の経路に沿ってガラス板を搬送し、急冷ガスの発散噴流でガラス板を急冷することを含む方法において、
プレナムの延在方向を横切って曲げガラス板を搬送し、急冷ガスの発散噴流は、少なくとも一つの方向に曲げられた急冷ノズルの配列から発せられることを特徴とする方法。 - 両噴射ヘッド間にガラス板を入れられるようにこれらのヘッドを引き離し、急冷操作のために両噴射ヘッドを互いに向かって動かし、これらを再び引き離して、ガラス板が両噴射ヘッド間から出られるようにすることを含む、請求項13に記載の曲げガラス板の強化方法。

- 曲げ強化ガラス板で発生する強化応力が不均一である、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 曲げ強化ガラス板の製造ラインにおいて、ガラス板を加熱するための炉と、曲げステーションと、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置と、取り出しステーションと、ラインに沿った所定の経路に沿ってガラス板を進める手段とを含む、製造ライン。
