Claims (3)
- 石油系燃料の燃焼によって生じるバナジウム含有の焼却灰からバナジウムを回収するバナジウム回収装置において、
焼却灰と鉄化合物との供給部と、
前記供給部から供給された前記焼却灰と前記鉄化合物とを加熱して、バナジウムフェライトを生成する加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉から排出された排出物のうち、前記バナジウムフェライトを含む磁性物を磁力選別によって非磁性物から分離する磁選手段と、を備えることを特徴とするバナジウム回収装置。 - 前記加熱炉は、筒状で軸線回りに回転する焙焼炉と、前記焙焼炉から排出された飛灰を二次燃焼する二次燃焼室とを備えたキルン回転炉であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバナジウム回収装置。
- 前記供給部は、前記焼却灰と前記鉄化合物との混合物を前記加熱炉に供給することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバナジウム回収装置。
