Claims (7)
- 石油系燃料の燃焼によって生じ、且つ五酸化バナジウムを含む焼却灰からバナジウムを回収するバナジウム回収装置において、
前記焼却灰を受け入れ、前記焼却灰を加熱処理して四酸化バナジウム及び三酸化バナジウムの少なくとも一方を含む原料ダストを生成すると共に、前記焼却灰中の硫酸塩から硫黄酸化物を生成し、前記硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスを排出する加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉から排出された前記原料ダストと前記排ガスとを分離して排出する排出部と、を備え、
前記加熱炉の熱源としてプラズマトーチを用い、
前記排出部には、前記原料ダストに酸素を接触させ、前記原料ダスト中の炭素を一酸化炭素または二酸化炭素として除去するための酸素供給部が設けられていることを特徴とするバナジウム回収装置。 - 前記プラズマトーチへの供給ガスとして空気、窒素ガス、アルゴンガスの少なくとも一種類を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバナジウム回収装置。
- 前記加熱炉内で前記焼却灰を加熱処理する温度は、前記硫酸塩の分解温度以上で、且つ、四酸化バナジウム及び三酸化バナジウムの融点未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバナジウム回収装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のバナジウム回収装置と、
石油系燃料を燃焼させて得た熱を水に伝えて蒸気を生成すると共に、前記石油系燃料の燃焼後に生じた前記焼却灰を前記バナジウム回収装置の前記加熱炉に供給するボイラ本体と、
前記ボイラ本体で生成された飽和蒸気を更に加熱して過熱蒸気とする蒸気過熱手段と、
前記ボイラ本体での前記石油系燃料の燃焼によって生じた燃焼ガスを受け入れ、前記燃焼ガスに含まれる硫黄分を湿式にて除去する脱硫処理手段と、を備えることを特徴とするバナジウム回収システム。 - 前記加熱炉から排出される高温の前記排ガスを前記蒸気過熱手段に熱源として供給する排ガス返送ラインを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバナジウム回収システム。
- 前記加熱炉から排出される前記排ガスを前記脱硫処理手段に供給する排ガス移送ラインを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載のバナジウム回収システム。
- 前記過熱蒸気を利用して発電する発電手段を更に備え、
前記発電手段で発電された電力の少なくとも一部は、前記プラズマトーチに供給されることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項記載のバナジウム回収システム。
