Description
Claims (13)
- 還元炉で、鉄を溶融する電炉で生じた電炉ダスト及び還元材を加熱処理することで、前記電炉ダストに含まれる亜鉛含有酸化鉄から亜鉛を分離すると共に酸化鉄を還元し金属鉄を得る亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法であって、
前記還元材として、ASRを供給し、
前記還元炉の還元温度を800〜1080°Cとし、
前記還元炉より排出された排出物から、前記金属鉄及び銅を各々選別することを特徴とする亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。 - 前記還元炉が、ロータリーキルンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記ロータリーキルンに、前記還元材を吹き込み供給することを特徴とする請求項2記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉に、前記還元材を追加供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉に、予めコークスを供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉での前記電炉ダストの滞留時間を、1〜3時間としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉の還元雰囲気として、前記還元炉の出口の排ガス中O2濃度を5%−dry以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記電炉ダストと前記還元材の配合比を、1:1〜1:10としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉の後段に熱回収装置を設置し、当該熱回収装置で前記還元炉からの排ガスの熱回収を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉の後段にバグフィルタを二段設置し、これらのバグフィルタで排ガス中のダストを順次捕集することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉の後段にサイクロン及びバグフィルタを設置し、これらのサイクロン及びバグフィルタで排ガス中のダストを順次捕集することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 前記還元炉の後段にサイクロンを設置すると共にバグフィルタを二段設置し、これらのサイクロン及びバグフィルタで排ガス中のダストを順次捕集することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
- 最下流のバグフィルタより上流で捕集したダストを亜鉛精錬所の原料として供することを特徴とする請求項10〜12の何れか一項に記載の亜鉛含有酸化鉄の処理方法。
