Claims (4)
- 外部から供給される電源制御信号を反転及び増幅して出力する電源制御部と、
前記電源制御部の出力信号によって相補型トランジスタ部の接地端子側トランジスタのオン/オフ動作を制御するスイッチングダイオード部と、
前記電源制御部から直接入力される制御信号と前記スイッチングダイオード部を介して入力される制御信号によって相補型トランジスタが互いに相反する動作を行いながら電源端子電圧を電源出力部側に伝達するか、または当該電源出力部のカード電源端子を接地電圧のレベルにミューティングさせる相補型トランジスタ部と、
前記相補型トランジスタ部の動作によって、当該相補型トランジスタ部を介して入力される電圧をICカードのカード電源端子に出力するか、またはカード電源端子を接地電圧のレベルに維持する電源出力部と、を備えて構成され、
前記スイッチングダイオード部は、
アノードが電源入力端子側に接続され、カソードが前記電源制御部の出力端側に接続された第1ダイオードと、
アノードが電源入力端子側に接続され、カソードが前記相補型トランジスタ部の接地端子側トランジスタのベースに接続された第2ダイオードと、を備えることを特徴とする接触式集積回路カード読み取り機の電源インターフェース回路。 - 前記電源制御部は、電源制御信号を反転及び増幅するインバータを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触式集積回路カード読み取り機の電源インターフェース回路。
- 前記相補型トランジスタ部は、
エミッタが電源入力部の電源端子に接続され、ベースが前記電源制御部の出力端に接続され、コレクタが電源出力部の電源入力端に接続されたPNP型トランジスタと、
コレクタが前記PNP型トランジスタのコレクタに接続され、ベースが前記スイッチングダイオード部の出力端に接続され、エミッタが接地端子に接続されたNPN型トランジスタと、で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触式集積回路カード読み取り機の電源インターフェース回路。 - 電源出力部は、当該入力端子が接触式ICカードのカード電源端子に接続され、当該アクセスポイントがコンデンサを介して接地端子に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触式集積回路カード読み取り機の電源インターフェース回路。
