Claims (3)
- 圧電基板と、この圧電基板上に設けられた櫛形電極およびこの櫛形電極に電気的に接続される電極パッドと、前記圧電基板上において前記櫛形電極の励振領域を覆う樹脂カバーと、前記樹脂カバーの上に設けられた下部電極と、前記樹脂カバーを貫通する貫通孔と、前記貫通孔に形成されて前記電極パッドと前記下部電極を接続する柱状電極とを備え、前記下部電極の上面はその外周の平坦面と前記柱状電極の上方の凹面とからなり、前記樹脂カバーの上面と前記貫通孔の内面とがなすエッジから前記凹面までの間の前記下部電極の最小厚みをt1とし、前記樹脂カバーの上面から前記平坦面までの前記下部電極の厚みをt2としたときに、t1をt2よりも小さくした弾性表面波デバイス。
- 前記凹面の外周の径を前記エッジにおける前記貫通孔の内径よりも大きくした請求項1記載の弾性表面波デバイス。
- 前記凹面をその外周縁以外にエッジのない単一の曲面から構成した請求項1記載の弾性表面波デバイス。
